| Straw biogas project is an important component of straw comprehensive utilization,which can alleviate the pollution caused by straw burning,and biogas can be used as rural clean energy,for the control of environmental pollution,ease the energy crisis is of great significance.The stable supply of raw materials is the prerequisite and important guarantee for the normal operation of the straw biogas project.Therefore,the suitability evaluation can provide the basis for the selection of raw materials for straw biogas project and promote the further development of straw biogas project.This study adopts a combination of literature research,expert consultation and quantitative analysis,The development status of straw biogas project in China,the influencing factors of biogas fermentation,the technological process,classification and technology of biogas project were analyzed;nsatural Suitability evaluation system for biogas engineering;The availability of raw materials for straw biogas project in Henan Province was evaluated;Taking the Henan Province as an example,the paper analyzes the storage and transportation costs of straw raw materials.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The natural suitability evaluation system of straw biogas engineering raw materials was constructed.Based on scientific,comprehensive,operable and comparable principles,The effects of carbon and nitrogen ratio,cellulose content,hemicellulose content,lignin content,gas production potential,material loading characteristics,pretreatment complexity and water content were selected.Using the method of principal component analysis,the natural suitability of six kinds of common crop straws was sorted by: corn stover> wheat straw> rice straw> rape straw> soybean stalk> cotton straw.(2)The availability of raw materials for straw biogas project in Henan Province was evaluated.In the case of Scenario 1(Biogas Fertilizer Directly),Nanyang City,Xinyang City,Zhumadian City,Zhoukou City and Shangqiu City are more suitable for the development of straw biogas projects,Anyang City,Puyang City,Xinxiang City,Kaifeng City and Xuchang City.The results of the evaluation are suitable.The evaluation results of Sanmenxia City,Luoyang City,Pingdingshan City,Luohe City,Zhengzhou City,Jiaozuo City and Jiyuan City are less suitable.In Xinyang City,Zhumadian City,Zhoukou City and Shangqiu City,Xinyang City,Anyang City,Puyang City,Hebi City,Jiaozuo City and the city of Xinyang City,Luohe City,Jiyuan City,Nanyang City,Zhengzhou City,Kaifeng City,Pingdingshan City,the evaluation results are not suitable for the evaluation of the results of the evaluation.(3)The availability of straws,such as corn stalks,rice straw,wheat straw and rape straw,were naturally evaluated.In the case of Scenario 1,the evaluation results of Xinyang City,Zhumadian City,Zhoukou City and Shangqiu City were suitable.The evaluation results of Nanyang City,Luohe City,Xuchang City,Xinxiang City,Jiaozuo City,Anyang City and Puyang City were suitable,Jiyuan City,Luoyang City,Pingdingshan City,Zhengzhou City and Kaifeng City,the evaluation results for the less appropriate,Sanmenxia City,the evaluation results are not appropriate.In the case of Scenario 2,the evaluation results of Zhoukou City were suitable.The evaluation results of Xinyang City,Shangqiu City,Luohe City,Jiaozuo City,Xinxiang City,Hebi City and Anyang City were suitable,and the evaluation results of Puyang City and Xuchang City For the lack of appropriate,Sanmenxia City,Jiyuan City,Luoyang City,Pingdingshan City,Zhengzhou City,Nanyang City,Zhumadian City,Zhengzhou City and Kaifeng City evaluation results are not appropriate.(4)This paper puts forward four kinds of storage and transportation models,ModelⅠ: Cured in the field→Collection→Straw utilization enterprise;ModelⅡ: Collection in the field→ Storage room→ Drying,storage→ Straw utilization enterprise;ModelⅢ: Mechanical bundling in the field→ Storage room→ Storage → Straw utilization enterprise;ModelⅣ: Collection in the field→ Static bundling→ Storage room→ Straw utilization enterprise.And the economic suitability of straw storage and transportation was evaluated in Henan Province.When the radius of straw collection is less than 4.4km,4.4 ~10.9km,more than 10.9km,respectively,choose the modeⅠ,modeⅡ,the modelⅢ,the economic suitability is the strongest. |
