"The digital agriculture platform"is a series of modernization technical design system which using modern computer technology, network technology, automatic control technology, data storage technology, artificial intelligence and so on. It can enhance the field work precision to centimeter level to finally achieve the automatic work under hypothesized environment. The power source monitor system is one of the basic constitutions of the"digital agriculture platform".The artificial exploit a set of power monitor system according to the request of"the digital agriculture platform"by using computer technology, object-oriented programming technology and Windows communication technology. The system can monitor the power supply, realizes the platform work electricity, voltage data gathering, the storage and processing, and provides the important basis for the platform power loss management.This paper first analyses the system project and the function module. Data acquisition function is achieved by using the unify way of data acquisition card and the sensor. According to the system demand of power source monitoring, chooses MKY1-1500 the Hall electric current sensor, has designed the voltage signal gathering electric circuit. The system software development bases on Delphi, and it has realized the data acquisition, the serial port correspondence and the data processing function. Through the programming, it has realized to the PCI-8319 data acquisition card software actuation and the data automatic deposit and withdrawal. Through to the Windows communication, the Delphi communication and the PLC communication research, it has established the communication program between the system hardware. It has completed the system function module design, including the data inquiry, the electric quantity schematic drawing, the report form and so on. They directly reflect the power source charging and discharging condition and can make the remaining power alarm. According to the work coordinate data and the time, it may query the electric current, the voltage and the power consumption, and may provides the reference for the work energy consumption management and optimization. The management function of this system includes: controls the battery charge quantity through the analysis work power loss according to requirement; optimizes sorting to certain works according to analyze the power loss data of the in the work; estimates it's total power consumption and the total power loss and so on before task.The debugging and the function test finally indicated that this system has good man-machine operating environment, friendly contact surface, simple operation, reliable movement, and is advantageous for the function to expand, easy to maintain, meets the design requirements basically.
