The pesticide, as the widely used organic mixture in pests control, results in bane to the mankind's health and the ecological environment because of it's high toxicity and high residue in the agricultural production,. At present, the environmental pollution that results from pesticide residue has already caused the extensive concern of society. Therefore, proceeding to a deep and intensive research about the pesticide residue is of importance.The quick and efficient detection technique that is being used in vegetable pesticide residue is widely concerned in current food safety control .Various existing pesticide residue detection method can not meet the need of quick and green detection because about sample pretreatment process the existing method has some disadvantages, such as, tedious process, excess reagent consumption and long time. This paper tries to make use of infra-red spectrum examination technique to do a foundation research for the direct detection of vegetable pesticide residue, aiming at making pretreatment process of the sample simple, not polluting environment and realizing fast examination.The infra-red spectrum examination of dip Terex and phoxim were measured and analyzed in the experiment and through it the feasibility about rapid detection of vegetable phoxim residue by FTIR was verified.. The experiment includes three aspects, such as, detecting infrared spectrogram of pesticide, detecting vegetable of using pesticide and determining the minimum limit of pesticide residue. The result of tests indicates that fundamentally various pigment in the vegetable has no interference in the characteristic absorb of the pesticide, the technique of FTIR/ATR can detect the vegetable pesticide residue and that the lowest examination limit of dip Terex is 0.2×10-6 (volume fraction),the related coefficient 0.9141and the lowest examination limit of phoxim is 0.02×10-6, the related coefficient 0.9036.This paper still made use of the technique of wavelet analysis to verify the detection outcome, mainly improving the related coefficient of established mathematics model. The related coefficient raised 0.0009 in the mathematics model of dipterex pesticide concentration and the related coefficient raised 0.0009 in the mathematics model of phoxim pesticide concentration.
