The Problems And Countermeasures In Current Situation Of Pesticide Residue Detection And Rapid Detection Technology In Vegetables In Dongguan City

People’s awareness of the quality and safety of agricultural products have gradually increased with the improvement of living standard.A lot of incidents of agricultural product quality safety have been happened in recent years.So the food safety issues especially pesticide residue in vegetables have been a current important problem in modern society.This paper showed the rapid detection of pesticide residues in vegetables and analyzed the application status by comparing sampling,sample size,instrumentations and qualified rate in Dong Guan City,and proposed the optimization for actual problems in rapid detection of Dongguan city.This research offers a sensible suggestion for the detection technology of the pesticide residues in vegetables and agricultural products quality and safety supervision policy,meanwhile,provides reference to quality safety management in Dongguan city.The main results are as follows.1.The current status of the pesticide residues in vegetables in Dong Guan city was that between the years of 2011-2016,it was finished 1.92 million vegetable samples detection using the precision instrument detection method.The result showed that the qualified ratio was 97.11% in production link and 95.55% in circulation link.Also 259.12 million vegetable samples were finished detection using the rapid detection method,and the qualified ratio was 99.09%.2.The problems were existed in the rapid detection of the pesticide residues in vegetables in Dongguan city.In the detection technology side,the results were sometimes not ideal due to the enzymatic activity losing and detection procedure was not actually in very normal form.The problem of the staff management was that low pay for the persons induced the stability and lack of training,and so on.3.Based on the above results,we proposed some countermeasures.That is,(1)it needs to strengthen the rationality of sampling;(2)it needs to enhance the detection standards;(3)it could be promoted the development of the newer rapid detection technology;(4)we can enhance the detecting information monitoring;(5)we need to improve the quality of personnel level.
