The test has been conducted from 20062007 in the study field of Heilongjiang August First Land Reclamation University Soybean Base which lies in Lin Dian County, with Ken Nong 4 (K4)and other two varieties, Ken Nong 18(K18) and Hei Nong 35(H35)(use for measure yield), as the experimental material, studied effect of three different plant growth regulators SODM, CC, DTA-6 on growth and development, yield, quality of soybean, the results showed that:1. The content of Chl(a+b) and soluble sugar of leaf has been promoted significantly in compared with control within 24 hours after which SODM, CC and DTA-6 had been sprayed, SODM showed the best effect on content of Chl(a+b) and CC showed the best effect on content of oluble sugar of leaf.2. The height and plant type were improved, the role in promoting performance on the dry weight of different section of the stem was showed as, CC showed the best effect on the dry weight of on the first section of the following eight stems, DTA-6 showed the best effect on the dry weight of more than 8th joint was best, SODM showed the best effect on the stem diameter was best, accumulation of dry matter weight of upper part of plant was improved.3. The specific leaf weight was increased, and the content of Chl(a+b) was increased at later stage, photosynthesis rate and stomatal conductant of leaf were promoted, the content of starch, sucrose and soluble sugar of leaf were improved, SODM showed the best effect on the photosynthesis rate, CC shwed the best effect on the specific leaf weight was best, DTA-6 showed the best effect on the content of Chl(a+b), stomatal conductant of leaf and photosynthetic products.4. The transportation of soluble sugar from leaves to grain was improed by the three PGRs, the regulating effect of SODM was best, the content of the three parts leaves'sucrose was increased, the regulating effect of SODM was best at night, the regulating effect of CC was best at daytime, transportation of the reduction of leaf starch to grain was improved, the regulating effect of DTA-6 on the content of upper, middle and underneath leaf was best.5. SODM showed the best effect on the thickness of palisade tissue, the No. of palisade tissue cell, the No. of the leaves'main vein of vessel, the cross sectional area of leave'phloem and petiole's vascular bundle, CC showed the best effect on the section area of leave'vein conveyance water and the rate of P/S were best, the effect of DTA-6 on the thickness of leave and the No. of petiole's vessel, The positive effect of three kinds of PGR on the thickness of stem's epidermal were not obvious, but three kinds of PGR were enhanced the thickness of newborn phloem, secondary phloem, secondary xylem and newborn xylem, the main effect of SODM was enhanced the thickness of secondary xylem, the main effect of CC was enhanced the thickness of secondary xylem and newborn xylem, the main effect of DTA-6 was enhanced the thickness of newborn phloem, secondary phloem and secondary xylem.6. The volume of root bleeding intensity by the three of kinds PGR were greater than control's within 7 days after spraying, the regulation effect of DTA-6 on the volume of root bleeding intensity was best, the content of NO3--N and NH4+-N of root bleeding intensity was improved, excretion of root bleeding intensity was improved, physiology activity of root was promoted, the regulation effect of DTA-6 on the content of NH4+-N of root bleeding intensity was best, the regulation effect of SODM on the content of NO3--N was best, The volume of root bleeding intensity was increased at R5, the regulation effect of CC was best at night, the regulation effect of DTA-6 was best at daytime.7. After flowering 50th, the content of ABA of all treatments'leaf was litter than control's, their content of GA and ZR were higher than control's, the content of IAA of leaf was reduced by SODM and CC, but it was increased by DTA-6, the content of GA, ZR and IAA of all treatments'bleeding intensity were larger than control's, On the contrary,their content of ABA were reduced by a wide margin.8 The regulation effect of DTA-6 on the yield and yield component factors of K4 was best, the regulation effect of SODM on the yield and yield component factors of K18 was best, the regulation effect of CC on the yield and yield component factors of H35 was best.9. The regulation effect of DTA-6 on the content of K4's seed fat was best, the regulation effect of SODM on the content of K4 and K18's seed protein was best, the regulation effect of CC on the content of K18's seed fat was best, the content of fat and protein of H35 were reduced by the three PGRs, but not obviously, The content of K4 and K18'seed oleic were main increased by SODM and CC, the conten of K4 and K18'seed palmitic and stearic was by DTA-6, the content of H35'seed unsaturated fatty acid by the three PGRs, the effect of CC on the content of H35'seed unsaturated fatty acid was best, the regulation effect of SODM on the components and content of amino acid was best.
