The experiment was conducted in 2009 at the field trial station for soybean of Heilongjiang BaYi Agriclutral University which lies in Lin Dian County. We selected Ken Nong 4(K4) and He Feng 25(H25), two elite soybean cultivars, as the experimental materials, using sand culture and field planting method, and seed water soaking as CK. We applied seed soaking with different concentrations of two plant growth regulators, diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate(DTA-6) and uniconazole (S3307), and studied the effects of plant growth regulators on seedlings building, yield, quality of soybean by seed soaking and leaf spraying. The results showed as follows:1 plant growth regulators promoted the growth and development of seedling plants, DTA-6 promoted plant growth, S3307 increase cotyledon thickness, DTA-6 of 50mg/L promoted the main root growth of K4 and H25, increased the length of the lateral and root volume.Appropriate concentration ofDTA-6 and S3307 promoted the dry matter weight of root,stme, cotyledonin Soybean Seedling,DTA-6 of 50mg/L is the best.2 DTA-6 of 50mg/L and S3307 of 0.2mg/L,increased chlorophyll a ,chlorophyll b ,chlorophyll (a+b) content of H25; S3307 increased chlorophyll a ,chlorophyll b content of K4, DTA-6 increased a/b of K4, DTA-6 of 100mg/L and S3307 of 0.4mg/L, increased chlorophyll (a+b) content of K4. the soluble sugar content of the treatments and control showed the trendence as rising - down– rising; The content of starch showed reducted and then rising in trendence, after 20 days, the content of the starch by the DTA-6 processing was less than the S3307and CK;S3307 processed is higher than the DTA-6 treatment,DTA-6 generally increased the content of reducing sugar. DTA-6 of 25mg/L promoted the activity of the translating enzyme in soybean cotyledon.3 DTA-6 of 25mg/L and S3307of 0.4mg/L, promoted the content of soluble protein and nitrate-nitrogen in K4 soybean cotyledon by seed soaking, DTA-6 and S3307 treatments generally increased the content of free aminoacids and activity of proteinase in soybean cotyledon.4 Appropriate concentration of DTA-6 and S3307 treatments, increased the thicknesss of leaf ,mesophyll, palisade tissue and Sponge, increased palisade tissue Cells and P/S; increased the thicknesss of stem epideermis, increased the sectional area of xylem,phloem and Vascular Bundle; increased the thicknesss of cotyledon epideermis and palisade tissue, increased the number and layer number of palisade tissue Cells, increased the sectional area of the best Vascular Bundle; increased the number of Chloroplast, Mitochondria,protein body, Starch Grain, DTA-6 of 50mg/L and S3307of 0.2mg/L are the bast, DTA-6 of 25mg/L and S3307of 0.1mg/L are the second.5 DTA-6 of 50mg/L and S3307of 75mg/L are leaf spraying increased the stem height and the dry matter weight of root , stme , leaf , petiole and legume of soybean, S3307of 50mg/L is the second .6 Leaf spraying the DTA-6 of 50mg/L increased the grain weight per plant and plant weight of K4 soybean DTA-6 of 50mg/L is the second; DTA-6 of 50mg/L and S3307of 50mg/L increased the grain weight per plant and plant weight of H25soybean. Different PGRS have great influence on 100-seed weight by seed soaking,the middle concentration is the best. DTA-6 of 50mg/L and S3307of 50mg/L increased fertile node number of K4 soybean, DTA-6 of 25mg/L and S3307of 50mg/L increased fertile node number ofH25 soybean. The test results also showed that middle concentration PGRS increased the quality of soybean .7 Leaf spraying the DTA-6 of 50mg/L and S3307of 50mg/L increased the protein content of K4 soybean,DTA-6 of 50mg/L has a good regulation effect on fat content; DTA-6 of 75mg/L and S3307of 25mg/L increased the protein content of K4 soybean, DTA-6 of 25mg/L and S3307of 50mg/L have a good regulation effect on fat content.
