Research On The Strain Selective Breeding And Breeding Technology Of Early-mature, High-yield And Disease-resistant Gentiana Scabra Bge K-1 And K-2

Through group selective breeding and system selective breeding, this article talks the new breed system of Gentiana scabra Bge bred selectively at the Gentiana scabra Bge production base in Zuojia Jilin Province. We have done many experiments about the law of heredity, large regional test, group cultivation and quick breed technology, and the influence of seed germination, sowing seeds and covering soil, temperature, light on the growth of seeding stage. They provide scientific basis for the selective breeding, quality assessment and the application in production of the new breed of Gentiana scabra Bge. The findings are as follows:We select thick root,long root and multiple roots through group selective breeding, breed two systems of plant through system selective breeding: early-mature and high-yield variety (code number K-1) and early-mature and disease-resistant variety (code number K-2). The heredity properties are stable.Combining with the selective breeding of gentian variety, this research carries on cell tissue cultivation and quick breed, improves the reproductive coefficient of fine plant, quickens the breeding process of the new variety of Gentiana scabra Bge, and provides rich materials for the further breeding. The research conclusions of the influence of environmental condition on seed breeding:①Treatment of the seeds:Soaking seeds for 5 hours with the 50 ~ 100mg/Kg density gibberellin, Then cleaning with clear water,The germination percentage reaches above 70%,this is the best seed treatment method.②The suitable temperature for the germination of seed:Between 18℃~ 22℃, seed-germination percentage reaches as high as 89.7%,Therefore the time to sow Gentiana scabra Bge is supposed to be the local maximum temperature 18℃~ 22℃.③The suitable depth of covering soil when sowing seeds:The rate of germination is highest if we do not cover soil after sowing seeds.④The best furrow cover:After sowing seeds,, pine leaves,straw curtain,1cm-thickness straw plus single-layer sun-shading net can be used as furrow covers to guarantee high germination rate, good preservation of soil moisture, the cost is also lower, this method can be applied to the production.⑤Suitable illumination intensity for the growth of seeds: After having germinated, building sun-shading sheds, using sun-shading materials whose diaphanous rate is 70 %~80% ,the effect is better, comparing with no sun-shading materials, the root's length, thickness and weight all achieve a remarkable level, maintaining a higher seed-germination and a slighter disease condition.
