Because of the extensive use of pesticides,the environment is seriously polluted.It will residues in Chinese medicinal materials directly or indirectly and causes the seriously problems of security.Pesticide residues in Chinese medicinal materials will restrict the export of Chinese medicinal materialse seriously and hinders the promotion of Chinese medicinal materials to the world.Therefore,to strengthen the quality control of Chinese herbal medicine draws more and more attention.Among them,determination of pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicine becomes particularly important.Gentiana manshurica Kitag is the desiccative radix of umbelliferae Gentiana manshurica Kitag.It plays a part in antitussive expectorant,heat-clearing and detoxifying,solution sore and so on.Gentiana scabra Bunge is the desiccative radix of umbelliferae Gentiana scabra Bunge.,commonly known as "North gentian".It plays a part in dampness,cholagogue,anti-allergic and other effects.Gentiana nanshurica Kitag and Gentiana scabra Bunge mainly produced in three northeast provinces of Heilongjiang,Liaoning and Jilin.It has good quality and good curative effect,so people increasingly demand for it.But the wild resources of them are scarcly,unable to meet the needs to the market,so a large number of the planting of them emerge in the market.The large amount of pesticide is used to the planting herbal medicinal materialse’s processing,which will produce pesticide residues in the herbal.So it’s very urgent to detection the detection of pesticide residue of Gentiana manshurica Kitag and Gentiana scabra Bunge.This paper determination of different types of pesticides residue in Gentiana manshurica Kitag and Gentiana scabra Bunge.Specific content is as follows:(1)A method to determine 6 organochlorine pesticide residues in Gentiana manshurica Kitag and Gentiana scabra Bunge.was established.Pesticide residues were extracted by ultrasonic extraction.HCBs、Heptachlor、trans-chlordane and p’,p-DDT had good linear relationship in the concentration range of 5-1000μg/L.γ-HCH and Aldrin had good linear relationship in the concentration range of 5-250μg/L.The average recoveries of Gentiana manshurica Kitag were respectively 90.3-97.2%、93.2-98.5%and 92.4-99.2%at three added levels of 15μg/kg,30μg/kg and 60μg/kg.Relative standard deviation(RSD)was respectively 3.4-9.6%、1.2-6.4%、1.8-8.6%.The average recoveries of Gentiana scabra Bunge were respectively 90.0-97.4%、90.5-97.2%、94.9-98.0%at three added levels of 15μg/kg,30μg/kg and 60μg/kg.Relative standard deviation(RSD)was respectively 1.8-7.7%、1.3-9.5%、1.3-3.8%.The method was convenient,rapid and had good selectivity.It was suitable for the determination of organochlorine pesticide residues in Gentiana manshurica Kitag and Gentiana scabra Bunge.(2)A method to determine 3 pyrethroid pesticide residues in Gentiana manshurica Kitag and Gentiana scabra Bunge was established.Pesticide residues were extracted by ultrasonic extraction.Cypermethrin、Fenvalerate and Deltamethrin had good linear relationship in the concentration range of 8-1000μg/L.The average recoveries of Gentiana manshurica Kitag were respectively 91.3-95.5%、92.5-96.8%and 94.9-98.3%at three added levels of 15μg/kg,30μg/kg and 60μg/kg.Relative standard deviation(RSD)was respectively 3.2-9.5%、2.7-9.4%、3.5-6.8%.The average recoveries of Gentiana scabra Bunge were respectively 93.7-98.6%、95.2-96.5%、90.6-95.7%at three added levels of 15μg/kg,30μg/kg and 60μg/kg.Relative standard deviation(RSD)was respectively 5.6-9.3%、3.2-5.3%、6.0-9.8%.The method was simple,rapid and had high sensitivity.It was suitable for the determination of pyrethroid pesticide residues in Gentiana manshurica Kitag and Gentiana scabra Bunge.The results show that:HCBs、γ-HCH、Heptachlor、p’,p-DDT and cypermethrin were detected in the Gentiana manshurica Kitag samples,and the average content was 628.71、121.42、90.69、290.96、115.24μg/kg;HCBs、γ-HCH and cypermethrin were detected in the Gentiana scabra Bunge,and the average content respectively was 1310.32、42.42、213.95μg/kg.This shows that,the environment of Gentiana manshurica Kitag and Gentiana scabra Bunge has a certain degree of organic pesticides pollution ncluding soil,water,atmosphere,or the recent organic pesticide input,without reasonable the use of pesticide.
