Recently, they have been popular in Mycorrhizas Biology Technique as a resource-saving and the Environment Protection. Mycorrhizas Biology Technique made a dominant effect in the restoration and reconstruction of Grassland Ecosystems. However, in our research, the mutual selectivity between AM fungi and plant was studied. That is the various functions can vary greatly between AM fungi and plant. Considerable efforts have been made to the technology of AM fungi inoculation with alfalfa. Three AM fungi of G.mosseae, G.aggregatum and A.delicata was selected to inoculate three kinds of alfalfa named Emperor, Aohan alfalfa, WL-324. The indexes were measured the symbiosis between AM fungi and plant, through such studies as hight growth, aboveground biomass, nitrogen content, phosphorus content, correlations of colonization with them, mycorrhizal dependency. The results show that there existed an interactive selection on the effective of hostplants to AM fungi inoculation. The main results are given as follows.1. In a potted experiment, the symbiosis was formed between AM fungi and alfalfa; Mycorrhizal fungi has a process from inoculation, ingression to work. Thus, it can have a long or short process for the different plant and AM fungi. Colonization by G.mosseae and Acaulospora delicate promotes hight growth and the best effect on alfalfa.2. AM fungi accelerates the biomass and relative yield of alfalfa. AM bring great influence on growth of plants and improves the fresh matter and the dry matter above ground part. The dry matter of alfaking and WL-324 is significant.3. To promote the absorption of nitrogen and phosphorus in roots wanes from plant to AM fungi. G.mosseae G.aggregatum and A.caulospora delicate inoculation with Emperor and Aohan alfalfa improve the absorption of nitrogen and phosphorus ; G.mosseae and G.aggregatum inoculation with WL-324 also improve the absorption of nitrogen and phosphorus; Thus, Acaulospora delicate inoculation with WL-324 descrease the absorption of nitrogen and phosphorus by 26.64 percent and 2.63 percent.4. The infection rate was about 50 percent and the difference varies from the host to AM fungi.The study is primarlily to screening of High-effect Vesicular-Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi adapted to the alfalfa, which provide a good basis for future study. Optimized the technology of VAMF inoculation with alfalfa, they can carry on a more research for alfalfa of development and growth, absorption,stress resistance, the best condition of environment.
