This trial selected 3 good body condition ,1.5-2years old Inner Mongolian brood sheep (average weighted 32kg) with permanent rumen fistula, using own contrast method to study effection when adding solubility sugar to dietary (3:7) on rumun environment,the adding levlels were 0.6%,1.2%,1.8% respectively. Simutaneously dynamic degradatation regularity of straw and silage was studied by nylon bag method when added different levels solubility sugar to dietary; in order to investigated addition effectiveness of different levels cane sugar to dietary through cow feeding trial,30 cows at lactation period addition were used, devied into 3 parts at randomly, contrast, exp.0,â… , and exp.â…¡.addition levles were 0,500 and 750 grams respectively.The results showed that:pH values of treatments were lower than contrast, the treatment and contrast value were 6.40,6.35,6.29 and 6.24 respectively,and had significant difference among treatments(P<0.05). The concentration of NH3-N in treatments were lower than contras(tP>0.05)..In treatments the concentrations of acetate and propanoic were invariably(P>0.05), but the concention of butanoic was higher than contrast, the concentration of butanoic in treatments and contrast were 13.79,14.24,14.46 and 16.31 respectively,and had significant difference between 3 treatments and contrast(P<0.05). The population of protozoon and BCP in treatments were a little higher than contrast(P>0.05).The changes of TVEA concentration had similar tentency with addtion levels, Through neylon bag experiment we found that DMD digestibility increased in both straw and silage treatments compared with contrast, and had significant difference between treatments and contrast(P<0.05). Compared with contrast, NDF and ADF digestibility had increase tendancy(P>0.05).Additionaly, through feeding experiment of cow, we found that milk yield of two treatments were 1.3 and 1.6 kg higher than contrast, but had no significant difference(P>0.05);milk fat rate and DM had a little higher than contrast, had significant difference between two treatments(P>0.05).There were no influence on milk protein and lactose content.According to the results above we can come to this conclusion:adding solubility sugar to dietary, can improve rumen invironment, digestibility of fiber, and obviously improved milk production.
