The allelopathy of extract and rhizosphere in root of west celery on cucumber Fusarium wilt.in Potted were researched by the changes of growth, physiology index and the susceptive index .The results showed that:1.The different solvent extract from west celery fresh root has a stong prohibitive allelopathy in growth, in the treated range, as the higher concentration of water and ether ,the better allelopathic promoted effect , but the ethanol solvent, the better allelopathic promoted effect was reatment 2 . The allelopathic effects in cucumber plant height, the stem width and area of max leaf were reached to 45.98%,14.85% and 82.90% after treated with distilled water solvent, and they were 50.03%,36.14% and 48.73% with ethanol solvent. distilled water and ethanol are optimal as solvent.2. The plant height, the stem width and area of max leaf after treated by the different solvent extract from west celery fresh root are better than west celery rhizosphere, in the treated range, the higher concentration ,the better allelopathic promoted effect.3. SOD,POD and CAT activities in cucumber seeding of treatments with extracts in distilled water, ethanol and ether were higher than that of the control obviously, but MDA content is lower than that of control, therefore the cucumber seedlings have strong fastness.4. The different solvent extracts from west celery root and rhizosphere has a stong prohibitive allelopathy on cucumber Fusarium wilt, meanwhile which related to the concentration of extract, the higher concentration ,the better allelopathic prohibitive effect. Allelopathic effects of the different solvent extract from west celery root is higher than the different solvent extract from west celery rhizosphere. In this experiment, distilled water and ethanol are optimal as solvent, but the ether was not appropriate to the solvent.
