The growth rate method and the column chromatography were used to study the allelopathy and their mechanism of the four times separation fraction of ethanol of the root substances of parsley on Fusarium oxysporium f.sp.cucumeris. and the GC-MS was used to analyse the fouth separation fraction of ethanol.then the main allelochemicals were determined, which provided scientic and theoretical foundation for preventing fusarium disease by using allelopathy. The results were as follows:1.There were allelopathy of the four times separation fraction of the ethanol of the root and the rhizosperic soil of parsley on Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris.among them the best allelopathic effect on Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris in the first time separation fraction of the ethanol extract of the root were 23.23%,23.74% , the best alielopathic effect on Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris in the second time separation fraction of the ethanol of the root were 32.30%. 32.93%, 30.41%. 30.26%, the best alielopathic effect on Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris in the third time separation fraction of the ethanol of the root were 30.39%. 28.58%. 24.81%. 13.95%,the best alleiopathic effect on Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris in the fourth time separation fraction of the ethanol of the root were 30.36%. 28.64%. 25.01%. 14.12%; the best alielopathic effect on Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris in the first time separation fraction of the ethanol extract of the rhizosperic soil were 24.97%. 27.34%, the best alielopathic effect on Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris in the Second time separation fraction of the ethanol of the rhizosperic soil were 20.39%. 20.55%. 21.67%. 20.21% the best alleiopathic effect on Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris in the third time separation fraction of the ethanol of the rhizosperic soil were 39.10%. 36.81%. 27.67%. 26.02%, the best alielopathic effect on Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris in the fourth time separation fraction of the ethanol of the rhizosperic soil were 28.62%. 36.04%. 26.05%. 31.57%,2. The Fusarium oxysporium f.sp.cucumeris were treated with the best alielopathic fraction of the Four Times Separation Fraction of Ethanol of the the root and the rhizosperic soil of Parsley. the intracellular protective enzyme (CAT, SOD.POD) activity was lower than the control.and the cell wall-degrading enzymes (pectinase.cellulase. p-glucosidase) was lower than the control, and the MDA content was higher than the control, and the Fusaric acid content was lower than the control.3.The Fusarium oxysporium f.sp.cucumeris were treated with the best allelopathic fraction of the four times separation fraction of ethanol of the root of parsley found that the allelopathic effect and cellulase activity had a negative correlation.4.The Fusarium oxysporium f.sp.cucumeris were treated with the best allelopathic fraction of the four times separation fraction of ethanol of the rhizosperic soil of parsley found that the allelopathic effect and pectinase activity, cellulase activity、p-glucosidase activity、CAT activity、SOD activity had negative correlations.5.The main allelochemicals of the best allelopathic fraction of the ethanol extract in the root of parsley after fourth separation were:N,N-dimethyl-l-Hexadecanmine, Heptadecanoic acid,1,6-methy-.methyl ester, Hexadecanoic-acid,2,4-dimethyl-Benzo [b]quinoline, (+)-Isomenthol,9,12-octadecadienoic acid, Alpha-Arabinofuranoside. Butylated. hydroxyl, Acetic acid octadecyl ester.2-hydroxyacid,Cis-9-hexadecyl(car-bon) acid, hexyl laurate,Fluoren-2-Azo-2,4-Dithdroxybenzene.Mannitol laurate,Menthofuran, 4-menthoxys alicylaldehyde,1-hydroxy-4-nitroanthraquinone.6.The main allelochemicals of the best allelopathic fraction of the ethanol extract in the rhizosperic soil of parsley after fourth separation were:4.4’-Dimethoxychalcone,3,8-Diamino-6-phenyl Phenantheridene, Hexadecanamide.2-furoic acid. Methyl-2-thiofuro ate. Tributyl acetylcitrate,2-Chloropropinic acid dodecyl ester.7-Octadecenoic methyl ester.2-methyl-5-isopropylphenol.Dinethylfor-mamide acetone. Methyl Undecylenate, Isolinolic acid. Hexzdecanoic acid methyl ester, acetic acid-2-phenyl ethyl, dimyristin.
