In the study, the allelopathy of the extracts of the rotten root and the rhizosphere zone rot soil of parsley on Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris was studied by growth rate method. The results showed all had allelopathy on Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris that the extracts of the rotten root of parsley from different solvent(acetone, ethanol and aqueous) in different degree. The acetone and ethanol extracts of the rotten root of parsley inhibited the growth of Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris at higher concentrations(from 100% to 50%),and others promoted the mycelial growth; however, rotten root of parsley's extract for aqueous, concentration from 100% to 10% shows inhibition of allelopathy. The acetone extract shows the strongest inhibitory effect in this three types,in which the inhibition rate is 100%, followed by ethanol, and finally the aqueous. There was a tendency that inhibitory rate of different solvent extract of the rotten root agaist Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris dropped down with decreasing concentration and prolong time. The aqueous extract of the thizosphere zone rot soil of parsle inhibited the growth of Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris significantly at higher concentration(from 100% to 40%), concentration of 30%, 20% and 10% expresses both inhibition and promotion of allelopathy, while the concentration range of the inhibition of allelopathy that acetone and ethanol extracts to Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris is 100% to 50%,the inhibitory rate of ethanol extracts is the highest of all of three, which is 55.72%,followed by acetone and finally aqueous.Compared to rhizosphere and non-rot areas, the allelopathy of the extracts of the rhizosphere zone rot soil of parsley on Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris is stronger, and the differences between them reached significant or highly significant. Inhibitory effect numerical of the three extracts of the rhizosphere zone rot soil of parsley on Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris is 50.76%,55.72% and 19.46%.And compared to the corresponding non-rhizosphere soil, it is higher of 15.78 percentage points, 21.89 percentage points and 15.54 percentage points. And the promotion allelopathy of the low extracts of the rhizosphere zone rot soil of parsley on Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris is significant than rhizosphere and non-rot areas. In this study, acetone is the best celery to the rotten root of parsley ,and ethanol is the best celery to the rhizosphere zone rot soil of it.
