This paper mainly researches the rhizosphere of Pinus tabulaeformis and Ostryopsis davidiana, which are the survival plants of DaQingshan Mountain degenerated system. This paper gets a systemic investigation to root exudates and earth enzyme of the two plants.The first step conclusions are as follows:(1) Using GC-MS to analyze and identify the root exudates of P. tabulaeformis, O.davidiana and its mixed forest. Hydrocarbon, inorganic acid, organic acid, esters, aldehyde, phenoliccompounds and alcohols are the main element, but the detailed elements and the relative content are different to different trees and forest types.(2) By comparing the exudates of roots, exudates of soil sample from the edge of the forest and exudates of control plants in lab, we get a conclusion that the main contents of root exudates are mainly from the process of its growth.(3) The enzymatic activity orderliness of root acidic phosphatase and root alkaline phosphatase in different types of woodlands develop like this: The mixed forest of P.tabulaeformis and O.davidianaï¹¥pure P.tabulaeformis forestï¹¥pure O.davidiana forest. The enzymatic activity is the highest in July and the second high in September, but the lowest in May. The enzymatic activity of roots in either season or woodland is higher than it on the edge of the forest, and their differentials are obvious. The enzymatic activity of forest edge has no obvious orderliness. The activity lines of Acidic phosphatase in different seasons are same and activity lines of alkaline phosphatase is not obvious.(4) The activity lines of Polyphenol oxidase and Urease in different types of woodlands develop like this: The pure P.tabulaeformis forestï¹¥pure O.davidiana forestï¹¥mixed forest of P.tabulaeformis and O.davidiana The activity ability of the Urease grows with the change of seasons, but the activity line of Polyphenol oxidase is not obvious. The Urease enzymatic activity of roots in either season or woodland is higher than it on the edge of the forest. The differences are not obvious except the mixed forest in May and pure P.tabulaeformis forest in July and September. The enzymatic activity of edge forests and roots are opposite. The enzymatic activity of forest edge does not have obvious orderliness. The Polyphenol oxidase enzymatic activity of roots in either season or woodland is lower than it on the edge of the forest. The differences are not obvious except the mixed forest in May,pure O.davidiana forest in July, pure P.tabulaeformis forest and O. davidiana forest in September. The activity lines of edge forest in different seasons are same but not obvious.(5) The enzymatic activity of invertase in different woodlands is not the same. In different seasons, the enzymatic activity of invertase of pure Pinus tabulaeformis and Ostryopsis davidiana forests is the highest in September, the second high in may and the lowest in July. Enzymatic activity of invertase of root is higher than it on the forest edge, the differences are obvious. The enzymatic activity of invertase on the forest edge is not obvious in different woodlands, but grows with the seasons.
