The contents of microelement,anti-oxidations and immune function were studied by immunoturbidimetry,ANAE dye method,micro-hemagglutination inhibition test and radio immunoassay(RIA) in chickens with deuto-chronicity different level of aluminium toxication produced by continuous peritoneal injection of fixed volume and different concentration gradient aluminium trichloride.The microscopic and ultramicroscopic changes in spleen and bursa of fabricius were observed.The results indicated that:1 The LD50 of AlCl3 on chickens by intraperitioneal injection was 549.35 mg/kg BW and the 95% confidence range was 625.74~482.17 mg/kg BW.2 Aluminium toxication model was induced successfully in the chicken by clinical symptom and dissection change.3 The content of Al was higher and Cu,Zn,Fe,Ca,Mn were lower in serum,spleen and bursa of fabricius of chickens with aluminium toxication than the control ones.It indicated that aluminium toxication interacted the metabolism of these microelements.4 Aluminium induced the decrease of GSH-Px, SOD activity, the increase of MDA content,which showed that aluminium induced immunotoxicity of chickens through oxidative damage of spleen and bursa of fabricius.5 The erythrocyte C3bRR ratio was significantly lower and the erythrocyte ICR ratio was higher in the modle chicken than that of the control ones.The results indicated that the immune function of erythrocyte in modle chicken were inhibited markedly.6 The number of white blood cell(WBC),total lymphocyte count,the activity of T lymplocytes ANAE+ in the modle chicken were significantly lower than that of the control ones.The results indicated that aluminium toxication inhibited the cellular immune function of the chicken.7 The concentration of IgG,IgM and IgA and the titre of hemagglutination inhibition antibody for Newcastle diseases of serum in modle chicken were significantly lower than that of the control ones.The results indicated that aluminium toxication inhibited the humour immune function of the chicken.8 The concentration of TNF-αwas higher and IL-2 was lower in chicken with aluminium toxication than the control ones.The results indicated that the concentration of cytokine was one of the mechanisms of immunosuppression in the modle chicken.9 The concentration of C3 and C4 in the serum of modle chicken were significantly lower than that of the control ones.The results indicated that aluminium toxication inhibited the function of nonspecific immunity,which was one of the important mechanisms of immunosuppression.10 Histopathologically, obvious change in spleen and bursa of fabricius in L and M groups were not observed compared with C group.Spleen presented apoptosis and germinal center of folliculus lymphaticus in bursa of fabricius hyperplasyed in H group.Ultrastructurally, spleen and bursa of fabricius presented no obvious change in Lgroup compared with C group.In M and H groups, spleen karyolemma broke,chromatin got together and presented apoptosis change, mitochondria swelled,cristae broke or disappeared,rough endoplasmic reticulums dilated,cisternas became wide,and confluenced to vacuole.Bursa of fabricius karyolemma broke,caryolysised,myelin bodys appeared,cell organs of intracytoplasm decreased obviously.It indicated from morphology that aluminium induced the damage of spleen and bursa of fabricius of chickens.
