The garlic becomes the people essential health care vegetables in daily life with the unique flavor and the formidable medical health care function. However, because of the strict limit of the cultivated season, the period of supply of the fresh scape and bulb of garlic is extremely limited. The off-season garlic supply is the main way to solve the fresh scape and bulb of garlic in whole year and the important measure to adjust the facility cultivation structure pattern and to reduce the continuous cropping barrier. This experiment, in the studied foundation of the predecessor, further selected garlic cultivars, studied on the effect of different concentration of SA on the development of garlic and the rhizospheric effect of garlic in the protected cultivation, and provided the basic for technique of garlic protected cultivation and improve soil status. Its main result and the conclusion are as follows:(1)The plant synthetical form of cultivar G64 was best, cultivar 91 was the worst. The garlic scape synthesis nutrition quality of cultivar G64,G09 and G05 were better, cultivar G73 was the worst. The garlic scape output of cultivar G64 was the highest, next were cultivar G84 and G09, cultivar G73 was the lowest. The cultivar including G88, G09 and G64 had better bulb synthesis nutrition quality, cultivar G91, G25 and G05 were the worse. The garlic bulb output of cultivar G64 was the highest, next were cultivar G87 and G07, cultivar G91 was the lowest.(2)The different concentration of SA was used on the garlic leaves in this experiment, the root activity were tested at January G25 and March G04. The result showed that SA could improve the root activity, and appeared the changing trend of root activity were increased first and then decreased. The promotive effect of SA was evidence when concentration was 100 mg·L-1.(3)SA could enhance chlorophyll content when concentration were 5mg·L-1-150mg·L-1. The promotive effect of SA was evidence when concentration was 50 mg·L-1 and 100 mg·L-1. There was inhibition at 200 mg·L-1.(4)SA increased the activity of peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in garlic bulb, and appeared the changing trend that were increased first and then decreased. SA decreased activity of catalase (CAT), and the inhibition became higher with the rise of concentrations.(5)SA could obviously promote the garlic bulb swelling, appeared the trend that were increased first and then decreased. The promotive effect of SA were better when concentration was 100 mg·L-1 and 150 mg·L-1. (6) Secondary growth of two garlic cultivars were found in the greenhouse. There were SGo and SGi of cultivar G09, and no significantly different in all treatments. Cultivar G64 had only SGi, and no significantly different in all treatments. The result showed that there were no effects of SA on the secondary growth, it were affected by environment condition besides breed inheritance characteristic.(7)The changes of rhizosphere microbes and soil enzyme activity of the two garlic cultivars at different stage were studied. The result showed that garlic root exudates could increase the growth of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes, and advanced the activities of urease, acid phosphatase and catalase in garlic rhizosphere soil. Therefore, it improved the nutrition element turnovers and circulation such as nitrogen and phosphorus in garlic rhizosphere soil, and created the fine rhizosphere nutrition environment.
