Establishment And Authentication Of Modern Diary Farm's Standardization Of Digital Management System

Dairy industry,a high-yielding,high-quality,efficient industry,has great significance for improving the people's diet structure,strengthening their physical fitness,promoting our economic development and adjusting the agricultural production structure.In China in 2000,the amount of China's dairy cows is 4.887 million,and in 2006 the amount is 14.016 million,which has increased by 187.2%.Though our cow industry is fast growing,in 2004,some new situations happened so that the development of our cow industry entered a key period.Such as The increasing amount of consumption easing up,the price of feed going up,nonstandard feeding and management technology,low raw milk quality and the benefits of dairy farmers and many processing enterprises dropping.With new problems and new contradictories appearance,it is urgent that to carry on deeply research on our cow industry development.Therefore we should change the our backward traditional production mode of raw milk,establish large,medium-scale dairy farm instead of the retail business model and realize computer information management on the large and medium scale diary farm,thus improve the economic benefits on the diary farm.In 21^st century the computer technology leaping up,computer standardization digital management has permeated through each field of all trades already.As the constant development of dairy science and technology,cow cultivation is also transforming from the traditional production management mode to the modernized management mode,and its raising efficiency and raising quality are getting higher and higher.Under this kind of situation,it is an inevitable trend that to realize the computer standardization digital management on the large-and-middle-scale diary farm.This thesis is considered from the improvement of dairy farm managers' technical level and the improvement of raw milk quality,the modern diary farm standardization digital management system adopts C# programming language with SQL Server 2005 as the database platform. CHINAGAP(China Good Agricultural Practice) has been written into the database of dairy farm feeding management,which offers further technical support for traditional diary farm and realizes diary farm digital management and controlling by procedures.This system includes altogether: Cow's File Management,Cow Breeding Management,Cow Milk Production Management,Disease Prevention Management,Field Environmental Management,Raw Materials Procurement Management,Raising and Management Interface,System Management.The establishment of the digital management system of standardization of modern dairy farm have basically finished through studying,the function of every part of the system can be realized and has been applied to the real dairy farm(through CHINAGAP First Class Authentication) and been verified.Through the actual verification in a month,dairy farm's survival rate of calf rises to 91.5%from 88.1%original,increases 3.4 percentage point,and the average pieces of cow milk yield per day rises to 18.14kg from original 16.25kg per day,the morbidity of inflammation of breast has been reduced by 5.6 percentage points too,the quality of raw milk has got further control as results that it is expected.This system changes the management mode of our traditional diary farm fundamentally and utilizes CHINAGAP to control the production management of dairy farm in the whole course.Not only standardizing the production management of the dairy farm,but also improving economic benefits and the production efficiency on the big improvement dairy farm,so the raw milk quality has got the assurance and dairy products consumers' rights and interest truly has been guaranteed,therefore it has very high practical value.
