The spraying deposition, distributing laws and diameter spectrum were all important factors for the pesticide spraying efficiency and effect during the research on spraying in greenhouse and other airtight space. It was a common method to obtain the droplets deposition parameters by analyzing the image. The droplets deposition parameters in airtiglit space were analyzed using micrograph combining with digital image processing technology and the sampling technology and statistic method were developed for testing and evaluating the spraying process in airtight space.In order to obtain the droplets deposition and distribution in different layers in the greenhouse, the sampling cards were set up in different positions according to the plant distance, row spacing and the height. The corresponding sampling cards were made to sample the droplets based on the characteristic of droplets and the factors were studied to get the better micrograph of droplets.There were many important factors such as illumination uniformity problems, touched objects, small droplets and so on. The software was designed to wipe off the illumination uniformity problems in the image. The watershed algorithm was used to separate the touched objects from each other. Sign the small droplets and give them up. The images before being processed and after being processed with the software were compared and the droplets deposition parameters being processed can improve the precision of the system.According to the characteristic of the droplets the software system to deal with the images and hardware system to obtain the droplets images were set up. The droplets images can be demarcated, pretreated using the software system design by VC++, and the droplets parameters can be checked anywhere in the images.The droplets parameters were defined with spraying evaluating standard. The droplets deposition parameters were analyzed using the hardware and software system of micrograph of droplets. The results of the experiments showed that the droplets deposition and diameter were bigger and the maximum of the droplets deposition appears far from the front of the nozzles. There was no great difference for the droplets distribution between the top and bottom layer analyzed from the coefficient of variation of droplets.Owing to the spraying parameters had great effect on the cold aerosol sprayer, the deposition parameters were checked and compared by changing the wind speed and flow. The coefficient of variation of droplets was used to evaluate the droplets distribution.The spraying effect can be evaluated quickly and entirely using the analyzing method based on the micrograph. The objectivity of evaluating the effect of the droplets deposition was improved and it was easy to accomplish the automatization of analyzing the droplets deposition.
