Studies On Ineteraction, Endophytism And Antimicrobial Activity Of Endophytic Fungi From Tea Plants (Camellia Sinensis)

We studied and analysed endophytic fungi from the following aspects.1,The interaction of endophytic fungi of tea leaf and the character of anti-microbial effects.2,The character of isolation and distribution of endophytic fungi colletotrichum sp. in tea plants.3,Mixed culture of endophytic fungi from tea plants and the antimicrobial activity of metabolic products.Through above study, some useful conclusionis can be drawn. The main contents comprise following points:(1) The isolation ration of ectogenic fungi from tea leaf was lesser than that of endophytic fungi. Results showed that epiphytic and endophytic fungal communities differed greatly on leaf of tea plant. On PDA medium, the contradicting of three main endophytic fungi of tea leaf was unconspicuous.The interaction between 3 main endophytic fungi was compatible. The metabolic products of endophytic fungi strain FHM and Guignardia sp. had strong inhibitive activity against Candida albicans and other endophitic fungi. Especially the metabolic product of endophytic fungi strain FHM inhibited the growth of Guignardia sp.,Pestalotiopsis sp., Colletotrichum sp.,Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. Therefore we can use the metabolic products of endophytic fungi strain FHM as the study materials for bio-pesticide or medication.(2) Endophytic Colletotrichum sp. was frequently isolated from tissue of healthy leaves and branches of tea plants. But in other tissues such as main stems and roots,flower,fruit, no colonization of endophytic Colletotrichum sp. was detected. The distribution of Colletotrichum sp. was a dynamic procedure. Colletotrichum sp.was horizontal transmitted. And we can artificially re-introduced Colletotrichum sp.into tea plants.(3) Endophytic fungi of tea plants Trichoderma sp. and Aspergillus sp. used to mix culture.We discovered that mixed fermention of those two fungi can appear some advantages,which do not happen in pure-blood ferment. Such as the viscosity of fermentation liquid is lesser,strong antibacterial substance.These substance can inhibit much filamentous pathogen fungi,especial the inhibitory rate for Alternaria sp. is 80.82%.Using gas chromatography-mass spectrum analysis, we find some heterogeneity at the time 14min-22min peak value between alone fermention and mixed fermention.
