Study On Seed Vigor Of Machilus Pauhoi Based On Different Storage Treatments

According to the characteristics on the seed of Machilus pauhoi,which include without dormant period,maturity in the high-temperature season,difficult storage and transport and ex situ preservation,on the basis of the researches at home and abroad,through the different storage handling test on the seed of Machilus pauhoi,this paper analysed the impacts of different storage methods on seed vigor and the characteristics of physiology and biochemistry,studyed physiological ecological mechanisms on seed vigor through adopting correlative analysis and regression analysis and trend forcast and analysing the impacts of the main indexes of seed vigor and physiology and biochemistry on seed vigor and the characteristics of physiology and biochemistry.The results were as follows:(1)There were significant differences on the effects of different treatments to seed vigor and the main indexes on physiology and biochemistry of Machilus pauhoi.The storage treatments which adopted A1 treatment method,B1 Medicament varieties,C2 medicament concentration and D2 treatment time-period,were able to maintain higher seed vigor of Machilus pauhoi than others.(2)All of interactions of multiple factors and their combined prescriptions have significant differences on seed vigor and the main indexes on physiology and biochemistry of Machilus pauhoi,such as storage treatments,medicament varieties and medicament concentrations streatment time-periods different treatments.The best combined prescription of medicament was B1C2D2.(3)The main indexes of physiology and biochemistry had important influences on seed vigor of Machilus pauhoi.In these main indexes,soluble sugar and proline had more influneees than other indexes on seed vigor.The contents of indexes which included the soluble sugar and protein and proline,showed positive correlation with seed vigor,and MDA and seed vigor showed negative correlation.
