A study was conducted to the seed storage of Euonymus bungeanus Maxim.seed vigor, condition of seed germination,storing time of the seeds and store ways were studies in this text. Study on different temperature,light, moisture, exocarp, sand treatment affecting has been used to find out the optimum germination conditions,and the method that storage temperature, storage method with storage time has been used to investigate physiological and biochemical changes such as seed germination,electril conductivity,CAT POD,SOD,MDA and variation of soluble protein, soluble sugar, crude fat, fatty acid nutritive material changes in seed storage. Master the main factors affecting the change of Euonymus bungeanus Maxim, seeds vigor, can make the seeds play a better role in actual production, achieve the purpose of cultivating high quality seedlings. The main conclusions are as follows:1. The best germination temperature of Euonymus bungeanus Maxim.seeds range from20to25℃; the seeds no need to shandling during seed germination; more sensitive to light, the order of different light conditions of seeds germination rate is:no sunlight>8h>16h>Full sunlight.The optimum germination conditions is20-25℃,no sunlight,no seed handling.Seed germination inhibition substances exist in aril, with aril of seed germination rate and germination potential were lower than get rid of the seed of seed and some seed germination speed slow, decay phenomenon.After low temperature sand hidden seeds for short periods of time, then turn to high temperature, can quickly break the dormancy.2. Seed storage for two years later,-20℃using Sealed cans and-20℃using Tin paper could keep a higher level of germination percengtage. Analysis of the physiological and biochemical showed that different level of changed with the both seeds. Storage conditions of-20℃, Tin paper had the highest level of CAT, POD, SOD activity, and the lowest storage condition is25℃, Cloth bag. Storage conditions of25℃, Cloth bag had the highest level of MDA content and electril conductivity,the lowest electril conductivity and MDA storage condition was-20℃, Tin paper and5℃, Tin paper. It shows that the best storing Euonymus bungeanus Maxim, seeds in-20℃, Tin pape.3. Nutrients change:storage temperature effects of the nutrient content of seed is obviously, the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein have positive correlation with storage temperature.25℃storage seed extremely short ripening stage, quickly entered the aging stage of decomposition, and5℃and20℃seed soluble protein and soluble sugar storage fall after rise first, within a certain time-20℃peak appeared later than5℃. The soluble sugar and soluble protein content under different storage methods to change from high to low order:Tin paper> sealed cans> cloth bag. Low temperature storage can prevent seed deterioration.4.With the prolong of srorage time, the content of crude fat and relative content of unsaturated fatty acid of both seeds decreased; the nature of fatty acids changed into isomeride, saturated fatty acid or other oxides. The result after two years of storage showed that the seeds of Euonymus bungeanus Maxim.,the relative content of oleic acid and linoleic acid of both seeds decreased, the content of stearic acid, anti acid and linoleic acid increased.
