The Characteristics Of Growth Of Tibetan Pig In Sichuan Ganzi

In this study, the growth of body weight, body length, body height, internal organ, and muscle of Tibetan pig were analyzed by investigation, mensuration of slaughter, paraffin-embedded tissues, using IPP5.1 medicine image analysing software and SAS statistic software, which herded in Daocheng County of the Tibet autonomy state of Sichuan Ganzi.The study on growth of body weight, body length and body height of Tibetan pig showed that the growth laws of body weight, body length and body height are same as else pig breeds, but the growth peak and degrees is different. Herding and rising had different influence with growth of body weight, body length, body height.The study on growth of internal organ of Tibetan pig showed that maturing sequence of internal organ is different with eles pig breeds, which was lung—pancreas—small intestine—kidney—liver—heart—stomach—large intestine.The study on growth of muscle of Tibetan pig showed that muscle fiber area is increased with the increasing weight during 4kg to 28kg, and latterly increased degrees became more and more smaller. The growth of longgissimus muscle of Tibetan pig was very slowly and time was long.The study on growth of stomach of Tibetan pig showed that mucous epithelium of stomach bottom became thicker with increasing months. Stomach developed maturing at 10 months.The study on growth of duodenum and jejunum of Tibetan pig showed that the configuration of duodenum villis became abnormity, tubbiness and coarseness from rule, slightness and smoothness with increasing months. The changes of height of villis wasn't rule, width increased and keep stably at 7 months. The number of gland alveolus of duodenum became more and more, and the gland of intestines became longer. At 10 months the gland keeps stably. The changes of intestines gland of jejunum wasn't distinct and the height and width jejunum villis of Tibetan pig wasn't rule at 3 to 13 months. The configuration of jejunum villis became coarseness from smoothness at 10 months. There were a few goblet cells on jejunum villis. Jejunum and duodenum developed maturing at 10 months.
