| Qianhua mutton merino is a new variety which is breeding the feature with dual-purpose type of wool and meat in Jilin province. The same with other livestock, its germplasm performance, biological characteristics and physiological characteristics are closely related. In this experiment, Qianhua Mutton Merino breeding core group as experimental subject, we measured and analyzed body size, body weight index, biochemical index, blood protein polymorphism and some immune indexes. The aim was to reveal the biological characteristics of varieties from the angle of basic biological parameters, and to provide theoretical basis for further breeding, breeding management and prevention and control of diseases. The results are as follows:1. The blood biochemical indices: The Qianhua mutton merino lamb had ALP in serum, which was significantly different from the breeding group and adult group(P<0.01). In the Breeding group, the ALB and A/G in serum were extremely significantly higher than that in lamb group and adulthood(P<0.01). And also in the Breeding group, the Na in serum were significantly higher than that lambs and adulthood(P<0.05). Adulthood sheep GLOB in serum in adulthood group were significantly higher than that in lamb group and breeding group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in blood biochemical indices of different sexes in lamb, breeding and adult sheep(P<0.05). Therefore, age is one of the main factors of Qianhua mutton merino blood biochemical parameters change, its impact is not sex.2. The relationship between body weight and body sizes: Qianhua mutton merino body weight with the body height, the body length and the chest circumference were significant positive correlations(P <0.01). Path analysis showed that the direct action and the indirect action of the chest circumference and the body height were extremely maximum. The optimal regression equation was Y: =0.376X1+0.397X3, the decision coefficient R2 was 0.704.3. The correlation between body weight, body sizes and blood biochemical indices: Blood biochemical indices and most body weight, body sizes showed a strong correlation in Qianhua Mutton Merino. Among them, there were significantly positive correlation among some indices(P<0.05), such as TP and body weight, ALP and body length in lamb group serum, Ca and body length in breeding group serum, ALB and body length, ALB and chest circumference, and GLOB and chest circumference in adulthood serum. Whereas, there was significantly negative correlation between some indices(P<0.05), such as Ca and chest circumference in lamb group serum, and ALT and body height in breeding group serum.4. The correlation between hemoglobin polymorphism and blood biochemical indices: There were three genotypes including HBAA, HBAB and HBBB formed from by two variants(HBA and HBB) on the locus of hemoglobin in Qianhua Mutton Merino using SDS-PAGE. Among them, HBB was the dominant gene and HBBB as the dominant genotype. There was no significant difference in blood indices with different HB genotypes(P>0.05), except the fact that ALT in the sheep with HBAB genotype was significantly higher than that in the sheep with HBAA and HBBB genotype(P<0.05).5. The correlation between hemoglobin polymorphism and body weight, body sizes: The cannon circumference in the sheep with HBAB and HBBB genotype was significantly higher than that in the sheep with HBAA genotype(P<0.05). Body height, body length, and chest circumference among various genotypes of hemoglobin showed no significant difference(P>0.05).6. The blood immune indices: Through the comparative analysis with single factor approach, IgG in breeding and adult group IgG was higher than that in the lamb group. IL-2 and IL-6 had no significant difference at different ages(P>0.05);Compared to small-tail han sheep, IL-6 in Qianhua Mutton Merino was significantly higher(P<0.01). There was no significant difference between IL-2 and IgG in Qianhua Mutton Merino and Small-tail han sheep(P>0.05). |
