Huainan partridge duck is excellently autochthonous breed in Henan Province. The correlation between the development of digestion system and the growth of body weight and body size of Huainan Partridge duck were analyzed by gross anatomy technique. The ducks were raised in fowl-run from 0 to10th week. This study aimed at to access to more knowledge of the development characteristics of the bird, and to offer more material concerned with the selection and breeding of the fowl for reference.1. The growth rhythm was evaluated, and the three curves of Logistic, Richards and Gompertz model were used to fit the growth model. The results indicated that fitting effect of Gompertz,Richards, logistic Model were all >0.99. The Standard devation (SE) from Richards and Logistic Model were higher, and the two fitting effects were lower; The fitting effect from Gompertz Model was highest than the two others, meanwhile, its SE was the lowest. So, Gompertz Model was very satisfactory among three kinds of models (R2=0.99491908).2. The inflexion of growth age day, body weight and highest daily gain were estimated by Gompertz,Richards, logistic Model, respectively. The inflexion of growth age day, body weight and highest daily gain calculated from Gompertz Model were 32.90d ,951.8774g and 35.7108 g, and were 33.33d,961.5960g and 36.1128g from Richards Model, and were 36.74d, 763.7247g and 38.7854 g from Logistic Model. The biggest weight limit was 2587.4692g speculated from the Gompertz Model.3. The analysis of the growth curves fitting the digestion organs weight indicated that the 3 growth Model all can fit the growth rhythm well for various digestion organs in Huainan Partridge duck before 10 weeks. To estimate rhythm of the weight of Esophagus, duodenum, pancreas and ileum 4th Degree Polynomial Fit program were used and the R2 scoped 0.98725~0.99918. To estimate rhythm of the weight of Proventriculus and colorectal weight Power Fit program were used and the R2 ranged 0.95006~0.99016;The Heat Capacity Model program was used to estimate rhythm of the weight of gizzard, and the R2 was 0.99234, etc.4.The length and perimeter of digestive tract were increase with the ages, however the individual part was different in the growth rate, growth rates ofEsophagus, ileum and cecum were faster than Proventriculus and rectum, when the growth rates ofDuodenum, jejunum were the slowest. The growth of length of all digestive tract was almost finished in ages of 9 weeks. The descending order of length of the digestive tract was jejunum, duodenum, appendix, esophagus, ileum, rectum, proventriculus.5. The correlation analysis of growth and development indicators show that: the correlation of body weight and body size has a high degree of correlation, the correlation effect scoped 0.95~0.70. The correlation effects between mouth length and mouth wide, between mouth perimeter and mouth length, etc, were all higher than 0.95, but the correlation effects between shin length and chest width, between shin perimeter and pelvis width were 0.70.6. The perimeter and the weight of digestive tract was positive correlation. The correlation effect scoped 0.58~0.81, 0.58 between Campylobacter and rectum, 0.81 Esophageal perimeter and weight, the perimeter of digestive tract and the body weight was also positive correlation the correlation effect scoped 0.44~0.87.
