| Along with the technical of locust artificial raising in net house is maturity and the scale is extending continuously, the traditional way of catching and collecting the locust by handcraft is hard working and in low efficiency. The principle of pneumatic sucking was adopted in this article to designed a kind of suitable locust capturing machine to use in the locust artificial raising net house. First, measured the physical characteristics of the locust, such as the flotage speed,the friction angle with white sheet iron cylinder and the cubage weight of the artificial raising locust, on condition that the size of the capturing machine satisfy with the size of net house, according to the principle of cyclone separator, designed and calculated each parts of the capturing machine, drew each parts of the machine, such as suction nozzle,separate device,unload device and collection box etc; then use the 3D design software SolidWorks drew each parts and the whole body of the machine in three-dimensional entity, and it can be seen more intuitionisticly.Use the Computational Fluid Dynamics software FLUENT to simulate inner air flow field of the suction nozzle and separator, First, use the prefix processor GAMBIT founded models,ploted out gridding and created gridding files for the two parts; then transmited files the prefix processor created into FLUENT, enacted boundary condition and chose appropriate mathematics model, simulated the velocity contour line,velocity vectors and flown line track of the inner air flow field, analyzed the results and improved the structure of the irrationality part, and once again numerical simulate the inner air flow field of this newly improved part; Finally, the result of this simulation shows that the inner air flow field and the velocity distribution are both accord with assumed design effect in advance. Use AutoCAD drew the drawing of each parts and entire assembly,machining and made a sample locust capturing machine, meassured the airflow speed of the suction pipe correspond to different export door opening of draught fans, and labeled the airflow speed at the correspond location, provide convenience for the following experiments. Based on the orthogonal experiment tested the capturing capability of the sample machine, mainly seeing about the effect of the airflow speed of the suction nozzle,the distance between suction nozzle and ground,the inclination angle of suction nozzle and the forward speed of the capturing machine to capturing capability; analyzed the experiment result and got importance order of the influence factors and got the fine level of each factor, the results show that the inclination angle of suction nozzle and the airflow speed of the suction nozzle are more important than other factors to the capturing capability; the best combine of the factors and levels are the inclination angle of suction nozzle is 75°, the airflow speed of the suction nozzle is 12 meters per second, the distance between the suction nozzle and ground is 40 millimeter and the forward speed of the capturing machine is 0.2 meters per second. Seeing from the effect of capturing and sedimentation, the capability of the capturing machine is nicer, the structure of the machine is reasonable. |
