The Accumulation Of Selenium And The Studies Of Selenium On The Effects Of Physiology In Tobacco

Effects of selenium on the physiological metabolism anti-oxidation, the accumulation of selenium ,quailty and the content of se-protein in tobacco, were studied which took the NC89 as the tested material under the potted plant condition by spraying selenium. The main tested results were as follows:1. The activity of GSH-PX,SOD,POD,PPOand the content of chlorophyll were enhanced, the catalase (CAT) activeness decreased by spraying selenium. the dynamical equilibrium of anti-oxidation system was adjusted, the contents of MDA and free proline in tobacco decreased. Every index of C3 and C4 treatments'difference reached to the remarkable level comparing with the CK. The tested results showed that selenium treatment enhanced tobacco's anti-oxidized senile ability and so on.it has a improtant effect of the tobacco in harvest stage,but the positive effects is not in existance with thickness2. The selenium enhanced the contents of the soluble protein and the content of selenium in tobacco in the prophase,especially treatments'difference reached to the remarkable level comparing with the CK in the prophase.but treatments desend very slowly in anaphase.the treatments of se increase between 4%-10% comparing with the CK in anaphase. the positive effects is not in existance with thickness.the content of se treatments are between 0.205mg/g-0.985mg/g, they reached to the remarkable level comparing with the CK.the result indicated the selenium could accumulated in tobaccoo.3.We taked two kinds simple method to distill the se-protein in tobacco.No1 is fine distill,No 2 is directness distill.we know that the pick-up efficency is better than no1.the pick-up efficency of treatments of se enhanced 30% comparing with the CK.It maybe that it is not only enhanced the content of se,but also enhanced the content of solubility protein by spraying selenium.We knew that the se could enhanced the gross of amino acid from the analyse of amino acid, all the amino acid except methaonine were increased follow the dosage of se. the results maybe that se could replace sulfur,then bulid Se-Met. 4.The selenium increased the contents of nitrogen and reduced the contents of overall sugar. the result indicated the negative effects is in existance with thickness from s/a,the ratio of treatments are between 6.1-9.0,the C2'ratio(9.0) reached the standard of high quality tobacco.The contents of se are between 0.2-1.0mg/g,they also reached the standard of security. the result indicated the selenium could enhanced the quality tobacco in tobaccoo.5. From the point of producing cigarette of security, it was the best choice to spray the selenium's concentration as 2.4mg/ during early autumn stage and select mixed fertilizers and leaves'fertilizers of selenium which made the contents of selenium transport to tobacco more and also met the requirement of national standards of selenium tobacco productions.From the point of distill the se-protein in tobacco. it was the best choice to spray the selenium during rosette stage,the content of se-protein is more than others and the pick-up is more easy.Based on the tested results above, spraying selenium had the positive influence on physiological metabolism and the anti-oxidized senile system of tobacco and promoted effectively the contents of se-protein,quality and the content of selenium in tobacoo. the result could supplide thereunder for planting tobacco of selenium and distilling se-protein.
