First part: Roots of Cucumber are stricted with the gas environmental, and aging easily on the bad aeration conditions.This study to flower pots and plastic pipe for aeration test materials, in different locations from flower pots at the bottom of the installation of a aeration asked to study the three kinds of Rhizosphere aeration different environment (from the flower pots at the bottom of pots entrusted 2,4,6 cm, respectively IC1, IC2, IC3 said) on the shape of potted plants cucumber indicators, physiological indicators and rhizosphere concentration of CO2, to elect More suitable for the growth of cucumber rhizosphere aeration environment.The results are as follows:1. The bulk density, water retained porosity and Air filled porosity of IC2 were 0.35 g·cm-3, 47.9% and 22.7%, to better promote the growth of cucumber; the EC of treatments expressed in an ideal within the scope of the changes, pH expressed partial alkaline.2. Root of IC2 and IC3 growed faster, and had differences more obvious with IC1 and CK, IC1 had no significant difference with CK. the fresh weight of root had a very significant difference with ventilatory treatments, differences of IC1 and CK were not significant, IC2 was superior to other treatments, and had a very significant difference. the plant height, stem diameter and leaves of IC2 had significant differences with other treatments.3. Root activity of IC3 was the highest at the beginning, IC2 and IC3 had no significant difference, and IC1 and CK had a very significant difference.later, root activity of IC2 was maximum and had a very significant difference with other three threaments. Throughout the reproductive age, the SOD activity of ventilatory treatments on the root were significant differences with CK, after the period of plant setting, IC2 was minimum,CK was the largest; The early of growth, IC3 had the highest content of MDA, and had a very significant Differences with other treatments; later, IC2 was minimum, and had a very significant Differences with other treatments, and CK was the largest. The early of growth, The treatments had no significant difference on chlorophyll; later, IC2 was most, and had a very significant difference with ventilatory treatments.4. At the beginning of cucumber,The photosynthetic rate, transpiration and stomatal conductance of IC3 and IC2 had no significant differences, but which were higher than the IC1 and CK; In the latter part, the photosynthetic rate, transpiration and stomatal conductance of IC2 were the highest obviously.5. At the middle of cucumber, The rhizosphere CO2 concentration of IC2 was lower than the other; In the other periods of cucumber growth , CK
