This experiment had been done in the cab of College of Forestry of Shandong Agriculture University and breeding base of Taishan Academy of Forestry . The experiment materials are as follows, L. indica'Zizhao Yinwei',L. indica'Fen Hudie',L. indica'Honghong Huohuo',L. indica'Fanhua Sijin',L. indica'Hongdie Feiwu',L. indica'Chuizhi Zi'. The vitality of pollen of Long stamens and short stamens was studied. The vitality of pollen of fresh flowers was studied; The Storage capacity of resistance of pollen as also studied the change of pollen vitality under best storage conditions. Growth of the Tubes and the hybrid affinity were also studied in the experiment. Quantitative characters were also studied. Major experiment results are as follows:1. As we study the vitality of pollens of long and short stamen, we find that the pollen of long and short stamen both have vitality. They both can make pistil become Fruits.2. As we study the vitality of fresh pollens, we find that the vitality of pollens of L. indica'Zizhao Yinwei',L. indica'Fen Hudie',L. indica'Honghong Huohuo'was high. The average of there pollens are follows: 58.110%,94.982%,45.673. The vitality of three kind fresh pollen was very significantly different. The vitality of fresh pollens of L. indica'Fen Hudie'was very significantly high than L. indica'Zizhao Yinwei'. The vitality of fresh pollens of L. indinca'Zizhao Yinwei'was very significantly high than L. indica'Honghong Huohuo'.3. As we study The Storage capacity of resistance of pollens of L. indica'Zizhao Yinwei',L. indica'Fen Hudie',L. indica'Honghong Huohuo'. We find that the temperature and the variety both impacted the storage capacity of resistance of pollens. In terms of variety, The Storage capacity of resistance of pollens of L. indica'Zizhao Yinwei'was very significantly high than L. indica'Fen Hudie'. The Storage capacity of resistance of pollens of L. indica'Fen Hudie'was very significantly high than L. indica'Honghong Huohuo'. In terms of temperature, the time that the vitality of pollens was been kept was significantly long under 4℃than it under -20℃and room temperature. The result of comprehensive analysis is that -20℃was the best storage temperature for L. indica'Fen Hudie',4℃was the best storage temperature for L. indica'Zizhao Yinwei'and L. indica'Honghong Huohuo'.4. As we study the change of the vitality of pollens under the best storage temperature. We find that when the pollens of L. indica'Fen Hudie'was stored, the vitality of it was highest, but it lost vitality fastest also. When the pollens of L. indica'Honghong Huohuo'was stored,'the vitality of it was lowest, but it lost vitality slowest. As we studied, the relationship between the vitality of pollen (y) and the time that pollens been stored (x) are as follows.L. indica'Fen Hudie': y=﹣23.599㏑(x)+128.49,R~2=0.9567.L.indica'Zizhao Yinwei': y=﹣0.9687㏑(x)+41.957,R~2=0.9237.L. indica'Honghong Huohuo': y=﹣3.8727㏑(x)+23.674,R~2=0.6877.5. As we studied the hybrid affinity, we fond that the hybrid affinity between L. indica'Zizhao Yinwei',L. indica'Fen Hudie',L. indica'Honghong Huohuo',L. indica'Fanhua Sijin',L. indica'Hongdie Feiwu',L. indica'Chuizhi Zi'was good. We can obtain hybrids through hybridization between them.6. Through analysis of general combining ability (GCA) and genetic characteristics, we elected two parents P4 and P1. They both have good comprehensive characters. We also fond that specific reciprocal cross effects (SRE) ,general combining ability(GCA) and specific combining ability (SCA) affected quantitative characters, but GCA was significantly important.7. Quantitative characters analysis showed that, ornamental and nutrition characters had significant or very significant correlation8. Significant test in canonical correlation coefficient of ornamental and nutrition characters showed that ornamental and nutrition characters had very significant correlation9. We chose some hybrid, They had good ornamental and nutrition characters.
