The experiment adopt zhengdan 958 and Nongda 108 for the experimental materials to study the effect of the four signal molecule (fructose, glucose, nitric oxide and on seed germination and effect of theβ-amylase activity, sugar content and conten gibberellinon .Moreover,we discussed the four signal molecule in the seed germination process of signal transduction pathway.1 The effect of different signal moulcole on maize seed germinationThe results of the study show that low concentration of fructose, glucose, NO, GA promote seed germination percentage of the second day and high concentration inhibit seed germination percentage(second day),but it have no effect of the gemination rate.Low concentrations of fructose, glucose and nitric oxide donor (SNP) the combination treatment compared to the separated treatment , raise the second day seed germination rate.NO scavenger(c-PTIO) can eliminatev the effect of fructose, glucose and nitric oxide donor (SNP) on seed germination rate of the second day, but it can not eliminate the effect GA on germination of seeds. Compared with the CK The treatment can improve the germination potential, seedling height, seedling root dry weight, root dry weight.2 The mechanism of signal substancesThe effect of the signal substances on the seed germination isn,t ralation to the seed imbibition moisture content of seed by measuring of different times of the water.The treatment with fructose, glucose and NO combined or alone can improveβ-amylase activities,but GA can improve bothβ-amylase andα-amylase activity. Furyhermore, the treatments mentioned above with c-PTIO can contra the effect of four signal moucole on theβ-amylase activity, Therefore ,It was concluded that that four signal substances regulate seed germination throughβ-amyloid-induced.There is another one of the signaling pathway for GA.In the early stage of seed germination,it did not detect fructose for the treatments, However the effect of soaking in fructose solution on the physiologicals is significantly and it can improve theβ-amylase activity.so fructose involved in the regulation of seed germination.NO scavenger inhibit seed germination rate in second day andβ-amylase activity in anaphase .This effect can not be eliminated by fructose and glucose.It can be deduced that NO not only involved in the regulation of seed germination in early stage,but also involved in the other regulation in anaphase.The regulation of GA in the seed germination is multifaceted, GA involved in bothβ-amylase-induced activity andα-amylase-induced activity.The treatment of gibberellin have lower a content of gibberellin than the other treaments , This may be due to gibberellin can be binded receptor quickly.but the receptor blocked by the other treaments,so the result express that the content of gibberellin is lower than other treatments.3.The pathway of the four singal molecules for the progress of seed germianationCompared to F,G,SNP treatment respecttively ,F + SNP, G + SNPhave a addition effect to the germination rate in the second day,this shows that there is a synergistic effect among the F, G and NO,and c-PTIO can eliminate the effect. Thereby, we presume that the three singal molecule may have s same signaling pathway.The effect of soaking in fructose, glucose solution onβ-amylase, sugar content and other indicators show the consistent trends. c-PTIO + G can eliminate the effect of the G on theβ-amylase-induced activity. . Discrepancy between the treatment of c-PTIO and CK OFβ-amylase activity is not significant in the second to the forth day.c-PTIO+F can eliminate the effect of the F on theβ-amylase-induced activity,In the following days,β-amylase activity increases rapidly and exceed the control, so it may be inferred that sugar signal in the upstream NO.the treament of c-PTIO+ GA3 compare with treatment of GA3,ɑ-amylase andβ-amylase activity has declined,the differences among the treatment of G,F and isnot SNP significant in the early stage, The content of glucose and other indicators also show the same trend Furthermore,the content of gibberellin was stuied shows the treatment of c-PTIO bond with G, F, SNP or alone have a higher content of gibberellin than the other treatment.The treatment of c-PTIO+GA3and c-PTIO have the same trend.these result shows that the way of NO induced/ synthesisβ-amylase activity for the maize seed germination maybe in the downstream of signal transduction;the At the same time, functional diversification of gibberellin shows that another signals pathway existence for GA, NO signaling pathway is only part of its regulation.
