The Prevention Of Immune Milk For Weaning Piglet Diarrhea And The Influnce On Immunity

In order to research that immune milk can prevent and treat weaning piglet's diarrhea caused by bacteria, and can improve their immunity, We chose standard bacteria E.coli44210,S.typhi50089 which can cause diarrhea as antigens . Pregnant cows were highly immunized with above–mentioned antigens. We collected milk and detected it's antibody level, then standardized milk containing antibody level 28, stored at 4℃.Series I The prevention of immune milk for weaning piglet's diarrhea. The first results showed that all groups which were given with different dose of anti- E.coli and anti- S.typhi immune milk after infected with lethal dose of E.coli44210 and S.typhi50089 got 100% protection rates. Experiment groups which were healthy weaning piglet were respectly given anti- E.coli immune milk 20ml ,15ml,10ml two times every day, and the protection rates against diarrhea were respectly for 100%,80%,60%. the protection rates for control group was 0%. Experiment groups which were healthy weaning piglet were respectly given anti- S.typhi immune milk 20ml ,15ml,10ml two times every day, and the protection rates against diarrhea were respectly for 100%,80%,70%. the protection rates for control group was 0%. Results from the experiment showed the prevention of two immune milk for weaning piglet's diarrhea caused by bacteria had antibody compliance. Result: the optimal antibody concentration of anti-E.coli immune milk preventing weaning piglet against diarrhea caused by E.coli is 20ml every time ,two times every day, persisting ten days; the protection rates for anti- E.coli and anti- S.typhi immune milk against diarrhea were respectly for 100% .Series II The prevention of immune milk for weaning piglet's diarrhea in latency. The good prevention of anti- E.coli immune milk for weaning piglet's diarrhea in latency caused by E.coli was got , and the result was good when immune milk was given earlier after infection ; In 3h,2h,1h after infection, experiment groups were given immune milk , the protection rates for all experiment groups were 100%. The good prevention of anti- S.typhi immune milk for weaning piglet's diarrhea in latency caused by S.typhi was got , and the result was good when immune milk was given earlier after infection ; In 3h,2h,1h after infection, experiment groups were given immune milk , the protection rates for all experiment groups were 100%. Results from the second experiment showed the prevention of two immune milk for weaning piglet's diarrhea caused by bacteria had time compliance. Result: the optimal antibody dose of anti-E.coli and anti- S.typhi immune milk preventing weaning piglet against diarrhea is respectly for 20ml and 15ml every time ,two times every day; the optimal time is 1h after infection .Series III The prevention mechanism of immune milk for weaning piglet's diarrhea . The result show immune milk can remarkably enhance the content of total proteins , albumin ,globulin and the immunoglobulin IgA, IgM ,IgG from weaning piglet's serum, and can remarkably enhance the antibody level in serum and the lymphocyte transfermation rate(P<0.05).
