This paper aims to add the alternative of using probiotics antibiotics in weanling piglets, weanling piglets by examining the average daily gain, feed conversion ratio, and blood urea nitrogen, blood biochemical parameters, the growth of probiotics to improve pig growth performance and immune performance of the mechanism; by probiotics on some physiological and biochemical indexes of blood to reveal the probiotics in the metabolism of weaning piglets.1. Probiotics can significantly improve the weaned piglet, lower feed conversion, adding probiotics can improve ADG and weaning feed conversion ratio (P<0.05). Probiotics in weanling piglets with better growth-promoting effect, average daily gain in all groups significantly different (P<0.01), antibiotics, and the average daily gain of probiotics compared with the control group, respectively, increased 9.4%,9.33%, 10.15% and 9.85% (P<0.01), feed conversion ratio of probiotics in each group was significantly lower than the control diet group (P<0.01), feed conversion rate of each group of probiotics compared with the differences in antibiotic not significant (P> 0.05), compared with the control group significant difference (P<0.05); the probiotics group was no significant difference between the feed conversion (P> 0.05). While adding microbial immune piglets can increase performance and reduce diarrhea rates.2. Probiotics are effective in reducing blood urea nitrogen, serum alkaline phosphatase significantly increased, the concentration of immunoglobulin, add probiotics piglets significantly increased serum alkaline phosphatase activity (P <0.05).3. Probiotics Itself contains a lot of probiotics beneficial bacteria, thus reducing the number of weaned piglets and promotion of intestinal lactic acid bacteria E. coli, the number of bifidobacteria, add probiotics significantly reduced the number of cecal E. coli, significantly increased bifidobacteria and lactic acid the number of bacteria (P <0.05). With the antibiotic group compared with the control diet,0.05%,0.10% probiotics can significantly reduce the number of E. coli in the cecum (P<0.05); with the control group and the antibiotic group compared to 0.15% added probiotics can significantly reduce the number of E. coli in piglet cecum (P<0.05); add 0.15% probiotics can very significantly increase the number of bifidobacteria in the cecum piglets (P<0.01). Compared with the control group,0.15% added probiotics can significantly increase the number of piglets Lactobacillus cecum (P<0.01). With the antibiotic group compared with the control diet,0.05%,0.10% probiotics can significantly increase the number of cecal lactobacilli (P<0.05); compared with antibiotics, adding 0.15% of probiotics could significantly improve the content of lactic acid bacteria in the cecum (P<0.05).
