With the enlargement of the culture area and the high density cultivation of Pingguoli,tree crown is hard to control,which greatly affected the ventilation and light transmittance.This didn't benefit the photosynthetic product exported to fruit.Coordinating the relatonship between growth and fruitlet had become a urgent problem.In most case,people used artificial prunning to solve this problem,but it is hard to achieve the aim because of the large work and difficult technology.As a strong activity plant growth retardant,PP333 has the effect of changing endogenous phytohormone.Applicating in the fruit tree can inhibit the growth of grapevine shoot, enhance the fruit-setting,increase freezing tolerance of flower bud.PP333 plays an important role in solving close canopy of fruit garden.At present,there are not comprehensive report of physiological effect and fruit quality on PP333 applied to Pingguoli.This paper is to explore physiological effect and fruits quality based Yanbian cultivars of Pingguoli under different PP333 treatment conditions,providing scientific basis for expanding the scope of application.It has important theoretical meanings and practical value to the guide of production.The results are as follows:1.Either spraying PP333 or soil application PP333 all can restrain the growth of new shoot and increase the proportion of middle and short fruit branch.The effect of spraying PP333750mg.L-1,soil application PP33310g+spraying PP333750 mg·L-1 and soil application PP33310g are remarkable.2.Either spraying PP333 or soil application PP333 all can increase the chlorophyll content of Pingguoli and inhibited the decreasing of the chlorophyll content.Soil application PP333 10g and spraying PP3331000mg.L-1 is the most remarkable;either soil application PP333 or spraying PP333 have no remarkable effect on soluble sugar content of leaves,area and thickness of leave,weight of grilles.3.All treatments of paclobutrazol can increase fruit weight,longitudinal or transverse diameter,firmness,soluble solid content and sugar of Pingguoli,soil application PP33310g and spraying PP3331000mg.L-1are most remarkable.Soil application PP333 all can increase the yield of Pingguoli,of which soil application PP333 10g is most remarkable.4.All treatments of paclobutrazol can increase the number of Pingguoli flower buds,soil application PP33310g and spraying PP3331000 mg.L-1 is most remarkable.All treatments of paclobutrazol can increase fruiting rate.The effect of spraying PP333 1000 mg.L-1 and soil application PP333 10g+spraying PP333750 mg.L-1are remarkable.5.In conclusion,the most optimum concentration of paclobutrazol are soil application PP333 10g and spraying PP3331000 mg.L(-1) to increase physiological effect and fruit quality of Pingguoli.
