Effect Of Different N, P, K Levels On The Vegetative Growth Stage Of Cymbidium Hybridum

In this paper,Nutritional characteristics of different vegetative growth stages of Cymbidium hybridum were studied using the orthogonal experiment design.The results can be summarized as follows:(1)Orthogonal experiment indicated the effect of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium for the growth of Cymbidium hybridum'Red Angel'were different.For different Vegetative growth stages of Cymbidium hybridum,the most importance factor was nitrogen,the second importance of factor was potassium,the least imortance factor was phosphorus.(2) With the improvement of nitrogen solution strength,the growth of aerial parts of annual seedling sped up.Underground parts grow slowly.Campared with N1,N2,the dry weight of leaf,pseudobulb and roots increased by 14.66%,7.53%;72.05%,31.84% and 17.22%,5.82%respectively with N3 strength;Different nitrogen strength had not effect signciantly to chlorophyll content of annual seedling.But Pn were affected significantly by it.The best level was N3 level,the growth of Cymbidium hybridum got the highest level by the improvement of potassium solution strength.With K3 strength, Pn was high significantly in spring and autumn.Campared with K1,K2,the dry weight of leaf,pseudobulb and roots increased by 9.54%,2.65%;49.49%,31.57%and 13.26%, 4.79%respectively with K3 strength.The growth of Cymbidium hybridum got the highest level with phosphorus solution strength.The optimum fertilization concentration of NPK for annual seedling of C.'Red Angel'was N₃P₂K₃,N:P₂O₅:K₂O was 2.18:1:2.46(3)With the improvement of nitrogen solution strength,the growth of aerial parts of biennal seedling sped up,but new shoot growth slowly.Campared with N1,N2,the dry weight of leaf,pseudobulb and roots increased by 9%,2.27%;45.44%,24.07%and 14.59%,7.51%respectively with N3 strength.The growth of Cymbidium hybridum got the best level with K3.The growth of new shoot sped signicantly up with the improvement of potassium solution strength.Campared with K1,K2,the dry weight of leaf,pseudobulb and roots increased by 6.65%,1.23%;26.18%,18.04%and 11.65%, 4.11%respectively with K3 strength.The effect of different P level indicated that P3 was good at the growth of biennal seedling.The optimum fertilization concentration of NPK for biennal seedling of C.'Red Angel'was N₃P₁K₃,N:P₂O₅:K₂O was 4.36:1:4.92.
