As a study of the 6 yeas Centennial Seedless grape.The cluster of Centennial Seedless grape were treated by different hormone combinations and concentration after the 13th day of anthesis.The effects of combined application of hormone on physiological-biochemical characteristics and fruits quality of Centennial Seedless grape were studied.The best hormone combinations,hormone proportion,and concentration were selected.The results showed that:1.In GA3 spraying conditions,the contents of chlorophyll of Centennial Seedless grape were obviously high with the increasing concentration of GA3,the cell membrane permeability and the contents of MDA in leaves were obviously low with the increasing concentration of GA3,the activities of peroxidase in leaves were also obviously low with the increasing concentration of GA3.In aspects fruit,the fruit grain weight were obviously high with increasing concentration of GA3.The fruit cluster weight,strain producing,and the yield per mu were also obviously high with the increasing concentration of GA3.The fruit quality were markedly low.The contents of Vc and titratable acid were markedly low,SSC and fruit hardnes were markedly high.The coarseness of fruit pedicel were obviously high with the increasing concentration of GA3. By means of the field tests,when treatment 25mg/L of hormone GA3 showed significant difference to the contrast.2.In NAA+GA3 combined application conditions,the contents of chlorophyll in leaves of the grape cultivar Centennial Seedless were obviously high with the increasing concentration of NAA+GA3,the cell membrane permeability and the contents of MDA in leaves were obviously low with the increasing concentration of NAA+GA3,the activities of peroxidase in leaves were also obviously low with the increasing concentration of NAA+GA3.Others, the fruit grain weight were obviously high with the increasing concentration of GA3.The fruit cluster weight,strain producing,yield per mu were also obviously high with the increasing concentration of NAA+GA3.
