As the rural biogas digester has been universal applicated in our country,using the biogas to fermentate the residues in agricultural production application become the important step in rural circular economy.The experiment started in May to August2013in the Northeast Agriculture University’s potted test site,which selected the Zhengdan985seeds and set the pot planting way.Seven different ratio fertilizing gradient in order to obtain the effects-of physiological activity and photosynthetic characteristics on agronomic traits of corn seeds, under the circumstance with different ratio between the biogas fertilizer and chemical fertilizer,to find out the optimal combination and depletion.In order to verify the result,we conducted the field experiment in May to August2013,set block site randomly.The results showed that the agronomic traits, physical activity and photosynthetic characteristics were keep the same trend expected results. The yield and quality aspects have been improved.Our experiment provide a theoretcal reference to corn field on biogas application reasonably and experimental evidence on corn cultivation techniques regulation.1. The suitable biogas and chemical fertilizers improved root architecture?and increased the root length, diameter, volume, surface area, total number of parameters.They increased26.42%、24.24%、24.30%,11.97%and47.58%respectively compared with the CK.2. The experiment showed that the biogas improved the plant height, leaf area, stem diameter and other agronomic traits parameters, which contributed to the dry materials accumulated. The effect is remarkable and the optimal mixing proportion is biogas:chemical fertilizers=80%:20%is best among the all ratios.3. Appropriate proportion of marsh fertilizer and chemical fertilizer treatment had not caused water stress to the plant.The proline,MDA content were stable,the activity of protective enzymes improved and lower level of electrolyte leakage. That kept the plant normal growth and development.4.The approriate proportion on fertilizers had improved corn plant photosynthetic characteristics.the Fv/Fm、Fv/F0、photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were all ameliorated.5.The biogas application contributed to the accumulation of dry materials,improved the crop production, improved the grain quality, The proportion at biogas:fertilizers=80%:20%, improved the crop production18.71%and improved protein fatty match starch8.33%,9.76%,2.12%on quality...
