Matierial with typical symptom of Goose parvovirus disease from goose farm in Jilin provine has been isolated and identified. Through methods of regression experiments, electricity mirror observation , ELD50 determination, young goose protection test and neutrolization test, Goose parvovirus with good security and immunogenicity has been isolated and identified . The mathod of PCR diognosis for Goose Parvovirus has been established , sequence determination and analisis of Vp3 gene in strain JLDA has been finfshed.Antigen solution was prepared from Goose parvovirus JLDA strain with good immunogenicity . The protective rate of immunized goose against GP was determined at designated time. The results show that the immune efficacy to goose is high. Goose parvovirus oil-adjavent inactive vaccine is good at security. Immunized geese are both normal in spirit and appetite. Antibody against Goose parvovirus produced fast, and protect rate from 15 days to 6 monthes was 100%, it was still 80% after 7 monthes. The period of immuno protection last 3 monthes.Goose parvovirus oil-adjavent inactive vaccine is easy to be conserved. Field tests with 6 sets of Goose parvovirus oil-adjavent inactive vaccine were carried out. The results showed that Goose parvovirus oil-adjavent inactive vaccine is safe and effective, and has no famous influence on the goose productivity. The immuno protective rate for young goose is more than 95.89%, and the survival rate of young goose was largely increased.
