Goose breeding has a long history in my country,but the modern breeding method has only been formed for more than 20 years.Due to the particularity of its breeding,it has not attracted enough attention.It was not until 2002 that goose meat and its products were listed as one of the key green animal foods in the 21 st century by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization and called for the goose breeding industry to be regarded as a strategic emerging industry and vigorously developed according to local conditions.improve.In this experiment,from October 2020 to October 2021,12 large-scale goose farms in Baicheng,Songyuan,Tonghua,Liaoyuan,Siping and Dehui in Jilin Province were used as collection points,and a total of 243 anal swab samples from the source of sick and dead geese were collected.159 visceral samples and 33 goose embryo samples.A total of 308 strains of Escherichia coli,283 strains of GPV and 226 strains of NGPV were obtained by aseptic separation and purification.Subsequently,the mice were challenged with the isolated Escherichia coli,and 213 of the 260 mice had different degrees of morbidity,with a morbidity rate of 81.92%.Among them,Baicheng and Liaoyuan strains are the most virulent.The TCID50 detection and ELD50 of the isolated GPV showed that the GPV isolated from Songyuan was the most toxic and the most harmful;the TCID50 detection and ELD50 of NGPV showed that the NGPV isolated from Tonghua was the most toxic and harmful.Sex is the greatest.Subsequently,the isolated strains and virus strains were analyzed by genetic evolutionary tree.The results showed that: THJ and BCJ were 94% related to NR024570.1;SYJ was 93% related to NR025569.1,NR024570.1,THJ and BCJ.The affinity between LYJ and NR025569.1 is 93%;the affinity between SPJ and DHJ is far from other isolated strains;the affinity between DHND and LYND and KX384726.2 is 97%;SPND and BCND and KY679174.1 The relatedness is97%;both SYND and THND are far from other strains.LYD is 98% related to MN415970.1,and is far from other isolates;BCD is 98% related to N415970.1;DHD and SPD are 98%related to N549533.1 and N415970.1;THD It is far from relative to other isolates.In summary,this experiment took goose farms in some areas of Jilin Province as sampling points,and collected 243 anal swab samples,159 visceral samples,and 33 goose embryo samples from the source of sick and dead geese.A total of 308 E.coli strains,283 GPV strains and 226 NGPV strains were identified.Subsequently,The 24 breeding geese fed individually were injected with 80,000 units of gentamicin sulfate at a dose of 0.1m L/kg,and the feed and water of the goose farm were treated with Long Muddy(adherent neomycin sulfate),Huynh Tai(florfenicol powder)and Heng Si Huang(Si Huang anti-dysentery granules)for the breeding geese and the production chicks during the test period,and the feces of 24 randomly screened geese were separated,screened,cultured,Gram stained,and biochemically tested.No Escherichia coli was detected;The immunization,hatching and challenge tests of goslings showed that the protective efficacy of the gosling plague virus-like particle vaccine of this research group was higher than that of the commercially available geesening vaccine,and it also had a certain preventive effect on NGPV.
