The application of herbicide safener extended the scope of low level and no-selectivity herbicides to remove weeds,increased the employment and exert the economic benefit of old species.At the same time,there are no ecological crisis caused by modifying species genes and it's the researchful tool to discover the selectivite physiological and biochemical mechanism of herbicides.On the base of former studies,the SFE-CO2 components of asarum heterotropoides Fr.Schimidt.var.mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag mensurated by GC-MS and the antidote effect to metolachlor injuried rice was mensurated by SFE-CO2 components with fractionation.and the components influenced the content of GSH and activity of GST.The main results were listed as followed:The 54 components of SFE-CO2 components of asarum heterotropoides Fr.Schimidt var.mandshuricum(Maxim.) Kitag were identified by GC-MS.The main compound is alkene,benzene and cycloalkene.The highest content is 1,2-dimethoxy-4-(2-propenyl)-Benzene with 18.041%.The fractionation temperature between 20 to 25℃,the main compound is 3-Carene with 28.790%,1S-.alpha.-Pinene with 25.645%and 6,6-dimethyl-2-methylene- Bicyclo[3.1.1]heptane with 24.689%;Between 25 to 30℃,the main compound is 3-Carene with 43.962%;Between 30 to 35℃,the main compound is 1-methoxy-4-(1-propenyl)- Benzene with 28.087%and 3-Carene with 22.081%.The 10 various rice species to(s)-metolachlor were determined indoors in water.the result showed:(s)-metolachlor has distinctly inhibition on the rice sprout.The rice species T259 showed the best sensitivity.The IC50 of T259 halm height and halm weight is 0.0147 and 0.0212.Through cultured T259 in essential oil of asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schimidt var.mandshuricum(Maxim.) Kitag in 48 hours,the results showed the different concentration had no influence on rice sprout contrasted with water.The dosage of essential oil of asarum heterotropoides Fr.Schimidt.var.mandshuricum(Maxim.) Kitag between 0.01mL to 0.2mL can reduce rice phytotoxity caused by the concentration of (s)-metolachlor from 0.0001 g/L to 1g/L in water.The halm height and halm weight resumed 80.2%and 96.9%by the 0.2mL dosage of essential oil reduced rice phytotoxity caused by the(s)-metolachlor concentration of 0.01g/L.the 0.5mL dosage of essential oil had inhibition to the rice.In water,The dosage of 20℃to 25℃fractional essential oil of asarum heterotropoides Fr.Schimidt var.mandshuricum(Maxim.) Kitag between 0.001mL to 0.05mL can reduce rice phytotoxity caused by the concentration of(s)-metolachlor from 0.0001 g/L to 1g/L.The best dose was 0.05mL,the fractionation of 0.5 has inhibition.The 0.1mL dosage of fractionation between 25℃and 30℃can reduce rice phytotoxity.The fractionation between 25℃and 30℃had prominent effect on rice phytotoxity.In soil, the 5g/kg concentration of fractionation between 20℃and 25℃had the best effect on reducing rice phytotoxity by 1g/kg(s)-metolachlor and The halm height and halm weight resumed 129.7%and 138.4%.The fractional essential oil between 20℃and 25℃had obvious effect on rice content of GSH and activity of GST contrasted with water and sole(s)-metolachlor...
