| Knowledge is power.In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge is replacing traditional production factors such as soil,fund,labor force,etc.and it is becoming the main resources which are of key competitive power acquired by the individual or enterprise.Consequently knowledge acquisition,dissemination,sharing and application, with the purpose of knowledge creation,have been developing into a key research on knowledge project and management.Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy. There are many factors concerned with increasing production and income during the process of crops production,in which one of the most important is the level of productive forces,while it depends on how much knowledge laborers can possess.Knowledge application and creation play a key role on production optimization policy.Over a long-term agricultural producing practice,labors have accumulated a wealth of knowledge. How to disseminate and share the knowledge,and realize its creation are the significant aspects of agricultural information research.This paper puts forward the problem of the key technical study on Crops Plant and Knowledge Grid from the aspects of knowledge sharing and its solution methods.The research is of great practical significance to disseminating and sharing agricultural knowledge,improving knowledge attainment of the agricultural laborers,and solving the problems on agriculture,countryside and peasants.The appearance of Internet has been changing the way of people's work and life. Internet has been a giant warehouse for information resources,from which people can derives information and knowledge.However,due to the open feature of Internet,it is increasingly difficult to discover knowledge and seek information resources of value in Internet——the sea of abundant information.The basic reason is Internet lacks semantic to sustain it.Therefore,scientists give a definition to the next generation of Internet——Knowledge Grid,which if the advanced application of Grid,with the purpose that in Virtual Organization it mainly solves the key problems as follows:Knowledge standardization and restructuring,effective sharing,dynamically assemble and fusion, intellectually taking advantage of various knowledge resources under geographical distribution,intellectually sustaining the cooperation between the individual and the groups,etc.Consequently,this research mainly discusses and studies the following problems around some chief technique of Crops Cultivation and Knowledge Grid.1.This paper introduces the mutual relations among data,information and knowledge, expresses the process of the way of knowledge classification and management on the basis of general definition of knowledge.Furthermore,it analyzes the definition,architecture, frame model and technical essential factors,which points out how to establish a whole systematical model for Crops culture and Knowledge Grid.2.Knowledge Grid is built to share knowledge and solve problems among Virtual Organization.This paper explains the structural model of Virtual Agricultural Organization and its structuring principle,operative base.And then puts forwards the view on building the Knowledge Pool model in virtual Agricultural organization,among which it analyzes the knowledge trans- formation model and technical method of knowledge sharing space.3.The major condition of knowledge sharing is its expression and organization.It points out the way of organization on the basis of knowledge on culture,which is as an ontology,and its key component factor are classified into Requirng Decomposition Knowledge(Requiring Ontology),Domain Concept knowledge(Concept Ontology) and domain Solving Knowledge(Method Ontology).The mechanisms of knowledge inference is built up according to corresponding knowledge domain.4.Since Knowledge Service is the important application of Knowledge Grid,in the end this paper builds up the frame model which is based on the Knowledge Discovery and Knowledge Service according to Knowledge Grid.
