Sugarcane harvester knowledge discovery system which is developed inthis paper is one of the important parts of intelligent design of sugarcaneharvester based on knowledge. Considering the shortage of knowledge, the lackof communication during the development of Sugarcane harvester, and the fuzzy,hierarchical and coupling knowledge characteristics, Sugarcane harvesterknowledge discovery system based on double-base(database and knowledgebase) cooperating mechanism is developed to summarize, conceptually describe,classify, cluster, analyze by the correlation and deviation ways and model thedata of sugarcane harvester, to give knowledge support to intelligent design ofsugarcane harvester, to reduce the period of design, and to improve the equalityof production.According to the feature of sugarcane harvester data, the data in the realdata-base is selected, preprocessed, discretized and constructed the miningdata-base with the aid of T-SQL, clustering method of Prim maximal tree and "3δ" principle. Based on the formalization definition of association rule,sufficiency factor is designed as a measure approach. The association-rulemining is implemented by the way of improved genetic algorithms. Afteranalyzing the grouped fuzzy information and the incomplete sample space of knowledge, three-factor evaluation method and automatic evaluation methodbased on the information diffuse theory are developed in view of the differentevaluation index. Then interrupting KDD, the double-base cooperatingmechanism is driven to improve the quality of knowledge. According to thediscovered knowledge, the relational, dynamic storage knowledge-base isconstructed to dynamically browse the understandable knowledge. According tothe hereinbefore analysis of main module, with the aid of MS Visual C++ tool,the data preparation module, the data mining module, the evaluation module, themanual acquirement of knowledge and the half auto acquirement of knowledgeare implemented. Sugarcane harvester knowledge discovery system ofintelligent design of sugarcane harvester based on knowledge is completelyconstructed. It is proved to be an effective system that discovers a lot ofknowledge, solves the shortcoming of the repeated work during the conceptualdesign, uses the accumulative design experience with the maximum limit andimproves the effect of intelligent design of sugarcane harvester.
