Urban Landscape Green Space In Changsha Maintenance And Management Technology Evaluation System

The maintenance and management of urban landscape green space is one of vital ways to promote the grade and image of one city.Along with the constantly strong growing of the urban construction, Changsha's landscape greening enterprise has a rapid development, and the area of the urban landscape green space has increased a lot. Through investgasion, the maintenance and management of urban landscape green space in Changsha city is at the start stage at present, still having no certain scientific management technology pattern and evaluation system. The maintenance and management still be paused at the extensive level, and the development of maintain technology is relatively lagged. For promoting the development of the management tecnology of urban landscape green space in Changsha city, inproving the quality of green space maintenance, the author investigation and analysis on the current situation of urban landscape green space in Changsha city, combining with herself working expirences and this paper researches.the results showed that:First: The current developing situation and existed problems in maintenance and management of landscaping were discussed. The properties of green place maintenance and the gap of the maintenance level in landscaping between Changsha and overseas city were dissected; Moreover, the improving measures were put forward, such as 'make the laws,rules and regulations which fit to the current situation of Changsha landscape industry as soon as possible', 'actively extented the research range of landscape industry,exploiting a series of high quality products', 'enforce the the research of maintenance and management technology', 'improving the quality of maintenance and management of urban landscape green space', etc.Second: Based on the studies above, the techniques of maintenance and management for different types of landscape plants in urban green space were described in details, as well as the techniques in four seasons, including the arbor, shrub, liana, grassland, ancient and famous tree, garden flower, bamboo, roof greening and vertical greening. The maintenance handbook which is suitable for urban green space in changsha were drew up. Third: The test and evaluation system for the maintenance and management of urban green space were also drew up, four methods in this system were introduced, including the investigation and analytic method, the public opinion evaluation method, the cognition judgment method and the cognition evaluation method, of which the the cognition evaluation method were mainly studied, including its establishment, as well as the analyses and treatment of maintenance and management in several grades, which were applied in the scientific evaluation of "Wu Yi" square .
