Potato tubers are harvest product of the crop. As virus makes the degradation of potato species, which is the main constraining factor in potato production. To address the degradation of potato, generally stem tip rapid propagation of virus-free technology is used, and produces a large number of micro-seed potatos and all levels of seed potatos in order to use in production. Currently, virus-free micro-potato is the foundation for production of virus-free micro-potato original species. To improve potato breeding coefficient, lower production costs and enhance economic efficiency are the key to potato production. The subject takes the method of aeroponics to produce mico-potatos, and researches into the nutrient solution formula that suitable for different growth stages of potato and enable it to give full play to the production potential, and provide a theoretical basis for practical production of mico-potatos. The major findings of this study are as follows:(1) The nutrient solution formula of treatment2 makes a good plant growth, fast growing speed, the number and yield per plant are higher, can give full play to the advantages of virus-free potato yield.(2) Atomized nutrient solution cultivation facilitates observation of potato stolon and tuber growth, especially suitable for crop that takes underground tubers as product organ such as potato. The produced small potatos can be several and one-time picking. Picking at the right time can promote the expansion and formation of the latter tubers and increase production. Several times picking can improve the efficiency of nutrient use and reduce production cost.
