| With the development of our world, the population increases gradually and the agricultural acreage decreases year by year, and people’s demand for the quality, safe, pollution-free vegetables has risen. Plant factory is becoming an inevitable trend of the future development of vegetable cultivation techniques. Aeroponics can provide suitable nutrient and good root zone environment for crop growth, and has the characteristics of fertilizer and water-saving, which provides protection for the industrial production yield of high-quality vegetables. Therefore, it’s urgent to develop aeroponic technology and establish a suitable plant factory that fit for ourselves by successfully applying the aeroponic technology in domestic greenhouse.Along with the sustainable development in recent years, a variety of related technologies have got breakthrough, but the low intelligent level, high costs and some key technologies like regulation and control of nutrient’s supply, which are still not mature enough, are still restricting the development of plant factories. Key technology and system integration for automatic monitoring and control of aeroponics and nutrient solution supply of vegetable, which is the core technology for plant factory, was proposed and developed. The system based on field controller uses various sensors to acquire the greenhouse temperature and humidity, light intensity, pipe pressure, EC and p H of nutrient solution, and temperature and humidity of the root zone, processes with the intelligent control of nutrient solution and fuzzy-neural network algorithm of solution supply, then realizes the automatic adjust and supply control of nutrient solution. The monitoring software is designed to achieve the intelligent and efficient management of vegetable aeroponics by combining the field control with remote control.In order to achieve the intelligent control of nutrient solution, a T-S fuzzy control is designed, by detecting the EC and p H value of nutrient solution compared with the specified suitable value in real time, controlling the on-off solenoid by fuzzy control algorithm and keeping the nutrient solution concentration and p H value in a suitable range.At present spray parameters of aeroponics are set based on artificial experience. This thesis focused on the research of the spray frequency, and a T-S fuzzy-neural network was proposed, which was trained with the output parameters from the planting engineering, combined with the acquired data of root zone temperature and humidity, light intensity, and realized the automatic control of nutrient solution supply of aeroponics. The actual experiment results verified the validity of the control model.The system has been applied at Zhejiang University of Agricultural Science and Technology Par, and the results show that the system meets the requirements of practical application in nutrient solution supply of vegetables aeroponics which provides a new way for aeroponic cultivation of vegetables. |
