The thesis research on potato virus-free seedlings production through substrate and aeroponics techniques with variety favorite.substrate cultivation experiment used L16(2×43) orthogonal experimental design to investigate three factors, four levels plus one level two factors, (namely:planting density (A) 4 kind, different dosage KH2PO4 (B) 4 level, different concentrations of paclobutrazol (C) 4 levels, Substrate cultivation treatments (D) 2 treatments), a total of 16 treatments. Aeroponics used split plot design, main area (E) Nutrient Solution Formula 3, split plot (F)planting density 3 levels, a total of 9 treatments. Two cultivation method were used in the spring and autumn seasons. Inquired into spring and autumn plant traits, yield and small potato tubers and other indicators, and various experimental factors on the yield and tubers differed significantly. Two cultivation methods to produce small pre-basci seed potatos were compared. The results are as follows:Autumn selected A3B3C2D2 combinations (i.e. 600 seedlings/m2, KH2PO4 dose 10g/4m2, paclobutrazol concentration of 5mg/L, add coconut shell) or A3B3C1D2 combinations (i.e.600 seedlings/m2, KH2PO4 dose 10g/4m2, paclobutrazol concentration of 0mg/L, add coconut shell)is an ideal treatment combination. In the Autumn substrate cultivation, planting density on the yield and the number of tubers the most influential factors. Secondly, adding some coconut shell substrate cultivation treatment helpt to improve yield and tubers, KH2PO4 dosage of help to improve yield and tubers, followed by paclobutrazol concentration factors.Spring planting selected A3B2C4D2 combinations (i.e.600 seedlings/m2, KH2PO4 dose 5g/4m2,paclobutrazol concentration of 20mg/L, added coconut shell) or A3B2C3D2 combinations (i.e. planting density of 600 seedlings/m2, KH2PO4 dosage 5g/4m2, paclobutrazol concentration of 10mg/L, added coconut shell) are the better treatment combination. In the spring, density of tubers on the yield and the most influential factors, Secondly, added coconut shell substrate cultivation treatment helpt to improve yield and the number of tubers, KH2PO4 dose help to improve production, factors that favor the concentration increased the number of tubers. Path analsis on the major agronomic traits on yield and tubers in autumn showed that tuber weight contributed the most, followed by plant height and main stem diameter, number of tubers per plant and the largest negative. Through the main agronomic traits on yield and tubers in spring of the path analysis showed that the main stem diameter contributed the most, followed by a a tubers potato weight and plant height, number of tubers per plant and has some negative impact.Autumn the optimal combination of treatment 5 is E2F2 (E2 nutrient solution, 10×15cm of planting density), tubers per plant up to 26.27, tuber average weight 4.34g, yield per unit area up to 5.33kg, tubers per unit area up to 1318,3g more than the number of potato tubers of the total 76.11%.Spring the optimal combination of treatment 5 is E2F2 (E2 nutrient solution, 10×15cm of planting density), tubers per plant up to 18.52, tuber average weight 3.94g, yield per unit area up to 3.57kg, tubers per unit area up to 800,3g or more of the small tubers at 75.02%.Through the major agronomic traits on yield and tubers of path analysis showed that: the size of the contribution to the order:root length> tubers per plant>height>stolon number, main stem diameter, and a tubers potato weight contribution to the smallest and potato is negative. Through the main agronomic traits on yield and tubers in spring of path analysis showed that contribution to the order size:tuber potato weight>Main stem diameter> stolon number>tubers per plant>height>root length.Comparison of autumn and spring, Autumn production of substrate cultivation is 1.01~1.35 times than spring.Autumn production of aeroponics is 1.49~1.65 times than spring. The number of qualified small potato autumn larger than the spring.Therefore, Autumn is potato virus-free pre-basic seed production are the most suitable season.Comparison of substrate cultivation and aeroponics. Aeroponics only 90% less than substrate cultivation.Autumn yield was higher 2.17~2.24 times than substrate cultivation. Spring yield was higher 1.33~2.03 times than substrate cultivation. However, The ratio substrate cultivation greater 3g small potato is 13.60%~13.87% than aeroponics.
