Providing high quality livestock products is the chief duty of modem husbandry,so health culture is reconstructed unprecedented.However,health culture not only need health elite,safe feeds and veterinary drugs,culture environment that suit for physiological nature of animals,and also no threaten to culture surroundings.The livestock products are safe and traceable.So study on pig feces harmless treating and livestock products is significant for safety of livestock products and livestock culture.Composting is one of ways to handle the wastes,which is a fermentation process under the conditions with appropriate moisture,C/N ratio,and oxygen.During the process the organic materials will be turned to the stable humus,which can be used as fertilizer and amend for the plant soil.Thus the pig manure changing into the organic fertilizer is important way to protect biological environment and promote the sustainable development of the agriculture.Study of composting is a little late in our country,and the content of researches mainly on application of composting technologies and influential factors.And researches were mainly done in laboratory.At present,the researches on composting mainly study on single index of nitrogen or phosphonium,however researches on total nitrogen,total phosphonium,total kalium,and their available form,were few.To provide scientific bases to industrialized produce of organic fertilizer,this research intent to find out the diversity of the indexes during the composting that incubate self-marled leaven,and find out our own leaven.The results obtain were as follows:(1) Isolated two mesophile strains:7B1 and 7B3 from pig feces,and three thermophilic bacteria:G1,G2 and G3.Identify all strains,7B1:Geotrichum Candidum;7B3 Yarrowia Lipolytica;GI:Bacillus Stearothermophilus;G2:Bacillus Coagulans;G3:Nocardia Spp.Definited the genus of 7B3 furthermore with determining sequence of its 18S rDNA,and analyzed its evolved rank.(2) Study the variety of organic matter,temperature,moisture,total nitrogen,total phosphonium,total kalium,available nitrogen,available phosphonium andavailable kalium during the composting.Results indicate that the temperature goes through three stages such as temperature rising,heat preservation and temperature decreasing. The highest temperature reached 72℃,and there are seven days that the temperature keeps above 55℃,which satisfy the demand for no harm to plant.The moisture is decreased during the whole process and keeps stable about 40%.The organic matter is also reduced with the days of composting.Total and available nutrients are rising during the process.(3) Microbial inoculum could raise compost temperature,and could speed up degradation of organic matter and maturity of compost.Total and available nutrients are all higher than control treatment,this elevate the quality of compost.(4) Results indicated that Geotrichum Candidum and Bacillus Stearothermophilus inoculum could raise the content of available nitrogen,phophnium and kalium, otherwise Yarrowia Lipolytica could raise degradation of organic matter,the effect of cooperation with Geotrichum Candidum and Bacillus stearothermophilus is very well, so we choose Geotrichum Candidum,Bacillus Stearothermophilus and Yarrowia Lipolytica as germ agents for compost.Safe pork production is a systematic project,which concerns pig farming, slaughtering and processing,as well as many other aspects of monitoring of food safety of pork.Through analyzing typical entire production and circulation chain of pig farms,abattoirs and sales points of animal product,applying technologies of information network,component based software design an d animal identification ete., a computer system was designed for the traceability of pork production.Emphasis was placed on monitoring feedstuff,animal drug,environment,butcher process and transporting.The system offered m any functions including data input,information storage,data query,the design of the system makes it possible to realize information traceability for entire pork production.
