Aiming at the question of water resources insufficiency in Hexi oasis irrigation area and the excessively irrigating under traditional cultivation condition, to encircle the effects of different cultivation mode on the movement of the nutrient in spring wheat , the experiment was used to study.Compared with the common tillage condition ,adopting the method of field observation and the indoor analysis, by measuring soil total N , total K, alkali-hydrolyzadle N , Available P and Available K content, and the N,P,K content of different vegetative organs in spring wheat during the whole stage,The experiment conducted to study the soil nutrition and the discipline of crop uptake nutrient, accumulations and transportation under Permanent raised-bed ,Zero tillage and Fresh raised bed. The main results were as follows:1.Before sowing, in 0-10 layer, the total K and available K of PRB were higher than that of other treatment. The total K of PRB was separately higher by10.7%,4.2% and 9.2% and available K separately increased by14.7%,10.2% and 6.5% compared with the FRB,ZT and CT;The total N of ZT was highest, followed by PRB. Which separately increased by 4.5% and 1.9% compared with the FRB and CT; Alkali-hydr- Olysable N in the treatment of FRB was higher than that of other treatment, followed by PRB; The available P of PRB was highest only in 10-20 layer. After harvesting,in 0-10 layer, the total N and alkali-hydrolysable N, available K and available P in treatment of PRB was highest except the the total K.After harvesting, compared with before sowing in 0-30 cm layer, PRB on the absorption of soil total N and alkali-hydrolysable N, available K and available P had displayed the obvious superiority .The total N in the treatment of PRB increased most which separately increased by3.4%,7.3% and10.2% compared with FRB ,ZT and CT ;Alkali-hydrolysable N and available K of PRB increased while other treatments decreased. Alkali-hydrolysable N increased by11.8% and available K increased by7.6%; Ailable P in the treatment of PRB and FRB increased but ZT and CT decreased. PRB and FRB separately increased by 8.7% and 0.7% while ZT and CT separately decreased by13.9% and 27.8%;The total K decreased in all treatments and PRB decreased a litter.2.At flagging stage, the N,P accumulated by leaf and stem and sheath in the treatment of PRB was highest . the N accumulation was separately higher by10.3%,19.3% and 24.6% and the P accumulation 8.3%,3.7% and 21.6% compared with the CT ,ZT and FRB but the K accumulation at this stage was lower. The N accumulation in stem and sheath peaked during the period of flagging stage. PRB was higher than that of other treatment.which was higer by 18.3%,3.7% and 21.6% compared with the CT ,ZT and FRB. At maturity, the amount of N, P, K accumulation in leaf and stem and sheath declined rapidly. The N, K accumulated by leaf was highest in ZT, followed by PRB; The P accumulation in leaf was lowest in the treatment of PRB.The N accumulation in stem and sheath of PRB was higher than that of other treatment while P,K was lower. The N,P accumulated by grain in the treatment of PRB was highest while the K accumulation of PRB was lower than that of other treatment.3.From three leaf to flagging stage, the N,P uptake intensity by leaf of PRB was highest while the K was lower. the N uptake intensity was separately higher by 51.7%,27.0% and 9.1% and the P uptake intensity increased by 0.9% ,13.9% and 16.7% compared with the FRB,CT and ZT. From flagging stage to jointing stage, the N,P uptake intensity by leaf and stem and sheath of CT was highest, followed by PRB. The N uptake intensity of PRB was separately higher by 13.7% and 15.6%; the P uptake intensity increased by 0.7% and 11.6% compared with FRB and ZT. From jointing stage to filling stage, the N, P, K uptake intensity by leaf declined rapidly while the P,K uptake intensity by stem and sheath was the maximum. After maturity, N transferring amount in spike of PRB was highest while P,K was lower.4.From flagging stage to jointing stage, the N uptake rate was the highest during the period and PRB was the highest.but P, K uptake rate has no significant. From jointing stage to filling stage, the P,K uptake intensity was most so it uptake rate was also highest. The P uptake rate of PRB was highest while K uptake rate was lower.5. PRB had yield increasing effect. The crop yield separately increased by 775.4 kg/ha, 802.67 kg/ha and 489.03 kg/ha compare with ZT, CT and FRB. PRB increased the recovery of nitrogen fertilizer, compared with ZT, FRB and CT, NUE was separately higher than 2.3%, 24.5% and 11.2% while PUE was lower.
