| This study mainly researched the production and growth as well as physiological characteristics of two kinds of potatoes --Longshu3 and LK99 in different levels of virus-free, besides, the virus-free potato physiological characteristics was also identified.This will offer some theoretical basis to manage virus-free patato cultivation and establish potato fan system. At the same time,this kind of research on the potato virus accumulation and the number of breeding for disease resistance and resistance physiological indicators of the screening is of great significance in potato production.Through experiment we got the following main results :(1) Virus-free potato seedlings growing, plant height, the number of branches, on the part of photosynthesis and dry matter content of the order of the original species, micro-potato one kind of, two kinds, three kinds, four kinds. In addition, with increasing levels of virus-free, Long shu3 on leaf curl disease index were 0.5,0.5,2.0,10.2,15.5,20.1 respectively, mosaic disease index was the 0,0.6,2.1,7.3,9.7 ;LK99 leaf curl disease index was0.5,1.1,2.2,3.1,4.4, LK99 not infected with mosaic disease. With the increase in levels of virus-free goods and the rate of decline, decay rate increased, but at different levels of virus-free potato quality was not obvious changes.(2) Long shu3 seed, over the mini-potato one kind of, two kinds, three kinds, four kinds of yield 9%, 39.2%, 51.5%, 61.8%, 62.7% respectively; LK99 other than the original species Seed production levels of 7.4%, 33%, 46.6%, 58.9%.(3) With the increase in levels of virus-free potato leaf chlorophyll content reduction, PPO and CAT activity weakened. Seed at all levels of chlorophyll content of pre difference was not significant, but with the growth, gradually increase the difference. In addition, with the increase in the number of days in fertility ,PPO and CAT activity strengthened and the difference at all levels Seed PPO and CAT activities were more visible(4) With the increase in levels of virus-free virus-free potato leaves proline, MDA, soluble sμgar content were increased, POD, SOD, PAL and chitinase activity increased. With the increase in the number of days fertility, proline and MDA increase, PAL and chitinase activity strengthened at all levels and Seed proline and MDA and the PAL and chitinase activity was significant difference .(5) During the reproductive period, changes of trends in various physiological indicators of the same species at different levels of virus-free potato is same, but different levels of virus-free potato changes in the size range is not consistent. In addition, throμghout the reproductive period, between the different varieties all physical indicators of trends and changes in the rate changes are inconsistent.(6) At all levels of the virus-free seed potato physiological indicators and their related disease index were linear, they relevance from high to low order: chitinase, PAL, Pro, MDA, soluble sugar, chlorophyll, CAT, POD, SOD, PPO. Among them, chlorophyll, PPO and CAT and disease index was negatively correlated, other seven physiological indicators and disease index was positively correlated. |
