Study On Virus-free Potato Seedlings By The Means Of Soil Cultivation

In this paper,the potato seedlings were transplanted into the soil to produce the original potato seed when achieved the purpose of seedling through the studies on domestication of 25 d seedling age for potato virus-free seedlings of different time of seedling stage,in order to find a more simple,practical and economical mode of production of original potato seed.The Holland No.seven and Holland fourteen as test material,acclimation period is divided into 10 d,15d,20 d,25d,30 d,according to the different period of acclimation of potato virus-free seedlings in the seedling stage and the end of lecture after planting in the whole growth period of morphological and physiological indexes were measured to determine the effect of taking off poison at seedling stage of different acclimation period seedlings of potato,which screened virus-free potato soil cultivation seedling domestication time best.In addition,in order to determine the best planting density in the soil culture and the cultivation of the matrix to set up the density test,but also can compare the different effects of potato virus-free seedling soil in cultivation and substrate cultivation..Through the comparison and analysis of all the data,the following results are obtained:1.When the domestication in seedling stage ends,among Holland seven and Holland fourteen different acclimation period of potato virus-free seedlings,Holland seven with domestication period of 20 d and Holland fourteen with domestication period of 25 d he plants were growing well,plant height and stem diameter were significantly increased,leaf area increased significantly,higher chlorophyll content,POD,CAT the activity was higher than that of other treatments,seedling effect.At the same time,because of the long domestication time in the nutrition bowl,the high yield of the tuber.2.During the whole growth period,with the determination of morphological and physiological indexes of potato virus-free seedlings periodically,the results show that the domestication period of 10 d and 15 d of Holland No.seven the growth effect was better after planting.Each index of the domestication period of 15 d of Holland fourteen were significantly higher than those of other treatments.The reason lies in the potato virus-free seedlings with 10 d or 15 d domestication after a period of acclimatization,plant height,stem diameter and leaf area were significantly increased,reached the expected objective,while the treatment with the domestication period of 20 d,25d and 30 d have reached the seedling effect,but the acclimation time is too long,so the normal growth of plants by the nutrition bowl space limit,resulting in plant growth after planting will be affected.3.In density contrast test,stem diameter,leaf area,root volume,activity of POD of 18×60cm(B3)were higher than other treatments,obviously in the soil cultivation,increasing the spacing is conducive to the growth of plants;in substrate cultivation,the plant height,root activity,leaf area,aboveground fresh weight of treatment 10×10cm(A1)at a high level,the average yield is 10×20cm(A3)>10×10cm(A1)>10×15cm(A2),so the yield and plant growth per unit area is obviously higher than the other two treatments.4.In terms of yield,the average yield per plant of Holland fourteen acclimation period of 15 d is the highest,which followed by is the treatment of acclimation period of 30 d,the average yield per plant were 742 g and 712 g,30d Holland fourteen acclimation period of virus-free seedlings average tuber number were significantly lower than other treatments;the acclimation period of 10 d treatment of Holland No.seven average yield per plant is the highest,the average yield is 575 g.Through this test,it is concluded that the virus-free potato seedlings are planted in soil has better cultivation effects,seedling age for the processing of 10 d of Favorita is better than other treatments,Holland No.fourteen seedling treatment of 15 d is superior to other treatments.In the density treatment,the density of 10*10cm is the most suitable density in substrate culture,the plant growth is good,the yield per unit area is high,andthe plant is more favorable for plant growth and high yield at the density of 18*60cm in soil culture...
