In this subject based on the community investigation,the road green spaces is divided into 3 types according to its function(Office building,Around workshop, Small garden) in BaoSteel.The evaluation system including 16 indexes distributed to 3 aspects of the ecological benefits,the aesthetical benefit and economic investment has been establish initiatively.And the evaluation has been adopted to assess the synthetic benefit of samples in the same functional area.Based on this, the four configuration patterns(Tall arbor+cover plant,Lawn,Tall arbor+Shurb+cover plant,Shurb+Small arbor+cover plant)with the best comprehensive benefits has been explored. The results is showed as following:(1)Within the four typical configuration patterns of the road green space in front of office buildings,the small arbor+shrub+cover plant pattern has the best ecological benefits,while lawn has the worst ecological benefits;small arbor+shrub+cover plant pattern has the best aesthetic benefits,while the tall arbor+cover plant pattern is the worst;lawn pattern has the lowest investment with the highest evaluation while small arbor+shrub+cover plant the highest investment of construction and maintenance with the lowest economic evolution.small arbor+shrub+cover plant has the best comprehensive benefit with the evaluation result of 0.7961 while tall arbor+cover plant pattern has the worst comprehensive benefits with the result of 0.6698. Therefore,the optimized pattern of this kind of green spaces is small arbor+shrub+cover plant. the arbors with mass crowns and stand firm are preferential, with the coverage around 40% and the coverage of shrub around 30%~40%.The layer of shrubs should be made up of shrubs with ornamental characters.(2) Tall arbor+shrub+cover plant pattern has the best ecological benefits among the four typical patterns of the road green space surround workshops while pattern lawn has the worst ecological benefits; small arbor+shrub+cover plant pattern has the best aesthetic benefits while the pattern lawn has the worst aesthetic benefits;small arbor+shrub+cover plant pattern has the lowest investment with the highest evaluation while lawn pattern has the highest investment of construction and maintenance with the lowest economic evaluation;the pattern tall arbor+shrub+cover plant has the best comprehensive benefits with the evaluation result of 0.8111 while the lawn has the worst comprehensive benefits with the result of 0.5035.The optimized pattern of this kind of green spaces is: the layer of arbors has the coverage higher than 80% with species grow fast and has strong resistance against air pollutions.The layer of shrubs has the coverage around 50~60%,giving property to evergreen species,sprinkled with flower shrubs to enrich the aesthetic benefits.(3) Tall arbor+shrub+cover plant pattern has the best ecological benefits among the four typical configuration patterns of the gardens in the industrial district with the evaluation while lawn pattern at the latest; tall arbor +shrub+cover plant pattern has the best aesthetic benefits while lawn pattern at the latest;lawn pattern has the lowest investment of construction and maintenance with the highest economic evaluation while tall arbor+shrub+cover plant pattern has the highest investment with the lowest economic evaluation; tall arbor+shrub+cover plant pattern has the best comprehensive benefits with the evaluation result of 0.8462 while lawn pattern at the latest with the result of 0.5655. The optimized pattern of this kind of green spaces is the arbor layer and shrub layer has quite a number of trees with each has the coverage around 30~40% and the species have ornamental characters.
