The reproduction traits of pig is one of the key points restricted the efficiency of swine production.At present,the QTL which influenced of pig were located on the eight chromosomal of pig's linkage map,to make further use of location cloning technique to research on the complicated polygenic character genetic mechanism and establish foundation for it. The reproduction traits of pig is extremely low (h2<0.13),the conventional breeding technique is limited on the genetic improvenment. In the study of pig's characteristic of the high reproduction traits,it has confirmed that ESR and FSHβare two main genes effected the Total number born,1-1.5. However there are difference between foreign variety and local distribute。ESR is a imperative material for female swine's normal reproductive cycle .There are key effect on the secondary sexual character of female individual, and the aspect of maintain reproductive cycle and reproduction traits,moreover,have a direct impact on embryo's prenidatory development and nidation。FSHβis able to affect follicular's quantity. It can be stimulated maturate of follicular,induced ovulation and change granular cell into luteal cells on the condition of synergistic action in luteotropic. The main contribution of FSH is promoted development of seminiferous epithelium and spermiogenesis in buck.The study researches on Landrace,Yorkshire,Pietrain,Duroc,HA,HB and HeZuo pigs of Gansu.The number of experimental animal to amount to 300,they are comes from three big swine factories of Gansu.The study researches on the candidate gene ESR and FSHβ,at the same time,PCR-RFLP,PCR-SSCP analysis were used to study genetic variations in the gene. The associations between genetic markers and the reproduction traits were analyzed by using general linear model (GLM). To expect detecting and investigating the mutable point of ESR,analyzing insertion element structural of FSHβ,as well as the association with reproduction traits to achieve utilized combine molecular biology technology and convention breeding technique together to carry out selecting,thereby to obtain the objective of fine reproduction trait. The results indicated that: We have not discover the polymorphism of the part fragment of ESR's primary exon,it is not exist the polymorphism becouse of mutafacient. The seven groups are midrange(0.5>PIC>0.25). ESR's A gene frequency is higher in A,B,L,Y,P,D; FSHβ's B gene frequency is higher.But it is opposite with our local distribute. ESR and FSHβ'BB have higher total number born,it have the tendency BB>AB>AA.The reproductive ability of HT is well, consequently, it is necessary to carry out further study and research on preserve and utilize this sup local breeding resource reasonably.
